Food wasn’t worth the price it was just ok wouldn’t go back.
Staff was awesome, friendly, helpful and patient. Sushi was great, clean n fresh not too cold not too Luke warm just perfect. Serving sizes were awesome, price n value for the amount of food u get was incredible. The salad that's included was bursting with a nice ginger flavor. Sadly the entres just didn't give me that I can't wait to come back taste and feeling. A little bland I guess if your hypertensive it's a great option. The teriyaki beef was the perfect texture but just lacked the sweet come back for more taste.
Kyoto has a large variety of food. Everything I’ve had there has been very good. The service sometimes is a little lacking in speed but overall the presentation and the taste of the food is great.
OK, the food was good, nothing insane, but good - thus 3 stars. The person at the register needs to work on their people skills… When I asked what was in the udon bowl she looked at me and said “ noodles”. I said OK but what else is in it, is it just noodles and broth? She said there’s vegetables in it. So much for specificity. Anyway, four people at a fast food restaurant: $90 with tip. Nope. Too much $ for that setting and quality.
West in Pinehills Area, the style is not updated but feels like you're in a wedding party with the design of the restaurant. I believe they also do events. Service is ok do not expect the High energy omg! thank you for coming energy lol.. They're just working. Food is great, trying the jelly Fish for the first time was great.
I actually really love this spot! One great thing for me is they have a non dairy Thai tea option! Bento boxes are enormous and you pretty much get everything you could want. Shrimp tempura was fried to perfection. Kyoto has similar vibes to bento just more options I think. Everything sushi seemed excellent! Nothing negative to say about this place!
Beautiful and clean! Very welcoming. Staff was friendly. The food was very very bland. Mall Asian food tastes way better than this. The presentation was beautiful but nothing stood out as far as flavor even the white/teriyaki sauce was watered down. Portions were large, we had enough for the next day and after seasoning it at home I can say it was cooked perfectly just didn't have flavor. Ragoons tasted freezer burned. Boba was ok.
Excellent boba teas, excellent service, very generous portions, specially the kids meals are huge and they come with ice cream, the place overall is very clean including the bathrooms, the ramen broth could be a little heavy on spices and actually hotter in temperature, but this ramen bawl can feed too people. Very nice! I’ll come back.
I believe the manager is racist. He not only lied but stole my money and kept my food. I'm extremely disgusted. I tried to leave a review on the Kyoto Oviedo page however it doesn't give you the option too on any of the 4 pages I found for that location. Obviously I'm not the only person who has received horrible customer service from here or had their money and food STOLEN. I've tried to reach out their website and haven't received a call back. Im trying to figure out how to upload the video here as well of this interaction. It's truly unbelievable.
The food is decent, the price point is decent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The vegetable and rice quality was far above your average Asian fast food venture. My only complaint is I got a combination of steak and shrimp; while the steak was plentiful, the plate had two shrimp total.
