They had that promotion where the collaborated with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I purchased the dozen pack donuts with three different favors. I also wanted the Cinnamon milk thing but this location didn’t have it. The staff was so lost. One person said yes they do, another said no. Then I got to the window & they didn’t have it. The donuts weren’t what I thought they would be. Very overrated! I would rather regular glazed donuts from Krispy Kreme.

Turns out I don't like Krispy Kreme donuts, but the service was fast and the price was great! Watch out for that steep entry drive.
I go like once every 2 or 3 months, because if I were to go more often I would be super huge. I eat 2 at a time, oh and I buy a dozen for 3 people. I just love Krispy Kreme donuts!!!! There the BEST!
Got the completely wrong order this morning and have been trying all day to get a hold of someone to get a refund. I’ve been on hold for at least half an hour 5 times today. We used to love to order holiday donuts from here but not anymore. The hold music even plays “Unforgettable” to you which is hilarious because they’ve obviously forgotten about customer service.

Just leaving this review for the sweet lady in the drive-thru who surprised me with a less-sugary strawberry lemonade Chiller. I asked if they could make them less sweet and the guy on the intercom said no, but when I got up there, she had mixed one with a little lemonade and water. It was perfect, and really nice. Managers, if you're reading this, the lady with the blue bun deserves a raise. After that raise, just go ahead and give her another one on top of that. It's the Great Resignation, y'all.
Got 8 dozen donuts plus a few bags of donut holes for a Sunday morning church event...AND they disappeared into appreciative stomachs rapidly. Always delicious and well appreciated.
The food is timeless with excellence, but the drive thru staff need a class in Customer Service 101 and a strong hearing aid. I only purchased two donuts vs 2 dozen mixed due to the young lady kept getting my order wrong. Good luck to the rest of you ;B-(
