5/11/2022 I ordered for pickup. I ordered 30 dollars worth of food, I showed up and they ran out of everything, I wasn’t notified, online didn’t say anything about them being out of anything. They told me they were going to give me a cookie instead of the food that I ordered. Your pickup orders should be done before anyone goes in there to order. And another thing, if y’all are out of everything, y’all should have closed instead of being open. Poor management.
They are the best KFC in the area. Dining room is mostly empty, it is clean and pleasant
I usually go through the drive thru cause it's on my way to work. The last time I went there, I get the chicken tenders meal. Chicken was fine but lately, the fries and biscuit are not fresh. That's disappointing cause I used to like this place.
My 2-star score is based on the zombie-like service through the drive-thru. There's no "Hi!" nor no "Thank you". I called to tell the manager on shift. She apologized after hearing a bunch if awkward pauses...one could feel the rolling of her eyes. I'm wondering if the owner would give me the same treatment. Spend your money elsewhere. This establishment doesn't need your money.
Glory was awesome. Great customer service. This location never disappoints.
Service is quick but they need to have someone checking and cleaning the dirty tables when customers leave. Other than that everything else was good.

It was what I expected from a menu standpoint. My 3 star review is based on the awkward drive through lane, it's just weird. More importantly, the people packaging your food need to have common sense. Ordered 4 chicken little sandwiches -- 2 plain 2 spicy... They mixed them all in the same bag with no way to tell what was what. I asked the girl at the window if they marked them or something and she said they just put them all together. Unbelievable. Had to open each sandwich to check... I guess you need to tell them in advance?
Food is decent. I’d score higher but I can’t get over the rude woman in the drive thru. The other gentleman who brought out my food was far much more pleasant.
Total nightmare. Took 40 minutes for 2 combos ordered through the app. Didn't get any of the sauces. They forgot two of my biscuits. Avoid this location, it's awful.
