This has to be the best catering company in the Orlando area. The food was delicious, the price was a steal, the staff were amazing and Giselle was fantastic from start to finish! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
We hired John Michael for our wedding and it was the best thing we could have done! The food was the best food I've ever had at a wedding! The waiting staff were fantastic and the bar tender was amazing!!We organized our wedding abroad and wasn't able to trial the food before the wedding so I was a bit nervous, but it was perfect.Justin made everything so easy to organize. He helped me get the timing right for cocktail hour/food/cake cutting. Would highly recommend John Michael!
These guys Ruined our wedding ! Giselle was the worst, most unorganized planner I have ever seen. I wish I didn't even have to give them 1 Star. They were late to show up for the wedding. They showed up under staffed. The DJ did not show up until after my guests were arriving ( he was supposed to be there to play music as they were arriving). The tables they used did not show up until the wedding start time (everyone was supposed to be seated at their tables during the ceremony).The DJ did not have any sound to the Mic during the ceremony. The food was served 1 1/2 hours late . Most did not get any appetizers. There was not 1 thing they did that was done the way it was supposed to do! They did not have all of the food that was served at the dinner as a "To Go" plate for the Bride & Groom. We received 1 plate full of carrots and 1 plate of the main course and 1 side dish. Giselle broke down and had a mental break down during the setup because of how badly it was going just during the setup alone. We had been to a wedding before that they had catered and it was Bad and we told these issues we saw at this previous wedding and Giselle assured us these things would not happen at our wedding and they all happened and the more nightmares. We will never be able to recreate that moment again. They tried to offer us a $1,500 credit for ruining our wedding. What an insult, we are filing a lawsuit .Absolutely DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
John Michael Weddings & Special Events made our wedding day so special! My husband and I didn't know anything when it comes to planning a wedding and the wedding packages at John Michael Events took care most of the work and made it so easy. Giselle was a pleasure to work with and did a great job at explaining what you would need and coordinating the vendors. They even have an event coordinator for the day of to manage all the vendors. Ours was Justin and he was so helpful throughout the day right down to even helping me fix my train before I walked down the aisle. The food was absolutely delicious, too! All my guests not only loved the food they provided, but also how it was presented. We did not spend a enormous amount of money on our wedding, but John Michael Events made it seem like we did! I would highly recommend them for your catering and wedding planning needs.
We used John Michael catering company for our wedding in April. Giselle was our catering coordinator and she was amazing. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious . (Get the chicken and waffles!!!) everything was clean, punctual and perfect. Thank you guys so much for making our day so special and so smooth.

The staff helped us and walked us through every step. Anytime we had a question or a concern it was addressed immediately. Also, the staff provided us with wonderful feedback, suggestions and ideas to enhance our wedding event. Our wedding planner/coordinator (Michael Thomas) was absolutely amazing - he helped us with everything that we inquired upon and provided phenomenal feedback that we incorporated and implemented into our wedding ceremony and reception. The vendors were also extremely friendly, easy to work with and helped us with every step of the process: "It's Tasty Too, Luxury Tux, and the catering and bartending staff".During the wedding rehearsal and the actual wedding day the staff were extremely helpful, organized and fabulous. They made everything come together perfectly. We could not be more happy with the outcome and the process of planning our wedding with John Michael catering and Weddings Inc. We will definitely recommend your organization and services to our friends and family.We also wanted to say thank you for accommodating our last minute changes including our photo booth arrangement, seating changes and the heaters that we requested the day before the wedding due to the weather. Thank you for making these last minute changes and accommodating us.If we had to mention one piece of feedback unfortunately their was not appropriate stemware for our champagne toast.We greatly appreciate everything.
