Heard a lot of good things work-of-mouth about this spot and they did not disappoint! Enormous, HUGE, chicken breast made with you chosen heat level 1-5. I got a 3 and it had just the right heat without being overwhelming, but it’s still spicy so got with a 1 if you don’t want the heat. That said, as someone who likes spicy I wouldn’t try the 5 after having mine, it think it was just right. The sandwich comes with excellent house-made pickles and great slaw. Probably one of the best hot-chicken sandwiches I’ve had in the Orlando area. They have a few sides including fires, Mac and cheese and more coleslaw but honestly if your alone the sandwich is so massive it’s a meal of its own. Can’t wait to go back!
Delicious!!!! These folks pay attention to the details and it shows. They use Bell and Evans chicken breast and it is so tender and juicy. It’s breaded and fried with flavorful spice right in the crispy exterior. The slaw and pickles make this a perfectly balanced HOT chicken sandwich!!! May I recommend getting a side of pickles as a refreshing and cooling side, especially if you’re going to try out a higher spice level. The outdoor seating is really nice and a great atmosphere, with the shade cooling down the space even in hot Florida summer weather. A 10/10 must go!!
First time at JAM Hot and it won’t be my last, best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life! So fresh and crispy and HOT! Mac and Cheese was soooooooo good! Could’ve passed on the French fries!
Honestly the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had in my life. Staff is incredibly friendly and they take the time to walk you through the menu during your 1st visit. I would suggest anything and everything is good. Try the level 5 chicken, you'll absolutely love it, and you only burn for a little bit besides they serve it with a little carton of milk. Fries are absolutely delicious, and be sure to get a side of the pickles.
To start off I’ll say fantastic chicken sandwich and honestly of all the places going up in orlando to eat a chicken sandwich this place has them beat. It’s a classic fried chicken breast except really huge and taste is excellent. I like that they didn’t overload it with condiments to make it difficult to eat. Sandwich comes out piping hot and fries were nice and crunchy too. They got the food figured out. Only thing that you’ll have to anticipate is waiting a while to get it and it’s a little pricey. Ultimately you’re getting 2 sandwiches in one so I understand the price a bit. However if you’re gonna make a stop here it’s best to grab a friend and spend your whole lunch break. Seating area outside is nice and relaxing so it’s a good spot hang. I wouldn’t anticipate your order coming out too fast unless you’re the only one in line. With every good thing there’s gonna be more than one person wanting it.
The place is just great the food is amazing I wish they add more stuff to the menu though but what they have is the best chicken sandwich I’ve eaten so far !! It’s a little expensive and the mild is to spicy for me next time I will get the plain also the fries are super spicy as well but really good ! Can’t imagine someone eating the really hot ones
To Deanna S, the person who said the Mild was “too spicy” and gave this a one star review just for their spiciness, you should probably get yourself a “plain” next time sweetheart.Anyways, I’ve had their Mild and their Hot spice level, and they have definitely provided the best of the best chicken sandwich in Orlando. January 30th was a lot different because I got to try an Ice Cream chicken Sandwich! Wow! That was spicy and sweet, hot and cold at the same time!You guys definitely have to try this spot!
I came here on a recommendation since I was in the area visiting family on vacation. I've got to say I was so very impressed by my JAM hot chicken sandwich!For me the mild was plenty hot enough for me to enjoy the taste of the sando and still get a good kick. I don't think I could manage the next step up This spot reminds me of the places that pop up on my Instagram explore page since I'm always looking for good food spots and I'm so happy I got to experience it. The staff was very helpful, ambiance was top tier and food as good as it gets.Can't wait to go back to Orlando for another sando!

First, if you are sensitive to spice I would 1000% recommend starting with their plain sandwich. The mild has a kick to it, their hot is hot, hotter is somewhat difficult to eat, and jam is out of this world hot. The Jam comes with a glass of milk to alleviate the heat but it still lingers and makes you sweat. The flavors are incredible, presentation is great, and the staff is pleasant. I always look forward to my next visit here!
