I went here recently and ordered the SP roll because it sounded great. This was my first time at Fuji but I’d heard awesome things about it for years. I love sushi and trying new restaurants around town, but what I received here was inedible and the smell associated with my food was so foul that I had to immediately take it to an outdoor trash can. And I NEVER throw away food. I mean, does this roll look appetizing to you? It was just a huge glop of chewy stuff. I’m nauseous thinking about it. I would’ve driven back and asked for a refund, but it wasn’t worth it. I know these are tough times and I’m happy to support our local businesses (and everyone here was VERY nice and professional), but this just ain’t it. $30 down the drain.
The Best sushi in OrlandoFreshest fish, big size rolls, creative recipes! Also the best deluxe seaweed salad too! Always good prices on wine. This place puts me in happy food comma every time! The chef has real talent and passion for his craft
Wow, so I’ve been coming here for YEARS! And I’m so ECSTATIC there’s a new owner! Every time I come here my experience is better than the last, the food is always fresh and quality is just beyond amazing! I’m so thankful they condensed their oversized “Cheesecake Factory of sushi” menu of items bc it was so overwhelming. Prior I always felt the servers were overwhelmed with that crazy menu, now the service is above par and I think it has everything to do with the new changes! The new menu looks so clean and fresh offering wonderful items! Oh and I’m so thankful they got rid of the dirty linen and got disposable napkins!
Fuji sushi offers diner sushi, sashimi, along with a full menu with many cooked items, sushi rolls and tempura dishes. It has something for everyone. The chef and his staff are well skilled in serving fresh and delicious food. Wines, tea and sake are available.
Next door to our hotel, how convenient after a long day's drive. We made a reservation for a Saturday night, but didn't really need it. We had the shrimp and vegetable tempura, a Soccer roll, two pieces of tuna sushi and two pieces of salmon sashimi. The roll was fabulous and the tuna and salmon as fresh and sweet as one could wish. Our server, Sydney, was great as well. As good as any sushi restaurant we have been to in Toronto.
Been coming here since 1998 and it still is the best sushi I have had in the Continental United States. If you are a true local, you know this is the joint. AB is the most talented sushi chef in the area. An absolute must. Make the drive to Lee Rd and check out this place. It’s worth it. And it’s not ridiculously overpriced.
Great service and even better sushi. My go to in town for sushi! All the rolls are fantastic. Chef AB does an awesome job! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Pictured is the Fuji bomb. ❤️
Aboulutly the best sushi in Orlando. Chef AB is the bomb!
Good food. It’s not my favorite but they have really good quality. This is my husband favorite. They have consistency but the service was really slow when we went there
Our server Chris was very nice and warned us beforehand that there would be a bit of a wait since the kitchen was behind. Despite the wait, the food was absolutely delicious and worth the wait. The Honolulu roll is great if you love mango. Also, the inside of the restaurant is pretty cozy!
