It’s been awhile since I had eaten there, and recently I thought I’d stop by for something to eat. I sat at the bar. The waitresses were friendly but always seemed like they were at the other end of the bar. No biggie. I ordered wings. The food must be going down hill; the wings were small and $20 for 10 of them. There was a mix up with my order. And when I did get my order they were almost cooked and a little raw and tough. They used to be good. For $20 I would think they would of had normal sized wings and cooked would be a plus!
We ate on Tuesday and thought that taco Tuesday sounded fun. Except whoever came up with the idea was a Hispanic culture idiot. The tacos (beef) had zero in the way of seasoning. Nothing. The fish taco likewise. And they served black beans and white rice along side. Black beans are Puerto Rican. Itshould have been pinto beans prepared frijoles (refried). The rice should have been prepared with a bit of tomato and red pepper and garlic, Mexican style, not white, which is Cuban. Honestly, we would have had a much better meal at Taco Bell.
I cannot recall a restaurant experience that was more rude and upsetting than the one I had here recently. It started with forgivable mistakes - our server was slow to come over and take our order, and then a while later, we received the wrong dish, and I asked that they bring out the right one. It was after that when things started getting pretty bad. A restaurant patron kept staring at my girlfriend and barking Spanish curse words at her before finally walking out. I became quite hungry waiting for my food order to be fixed, and so I started eating the incorrect one. My server informed me that I wasn't allowed to eat this incorrect order (!) and that it had to be thrown away, after which a manager came over and rather forcefully stated that I had to stop eating the incorrect order so that they could throw it away "for inventory purposes", which does not make any sense at all, as inventory can properly be counted regardless of whether I finished eating the incorrect order or not. I stated that this was unacceptable, but the manager refused to back down. Eventually the correct dish was brought out, and then immediately thrown in the trash because I did not agree to them taking half eaten food out of my hands so they could throw it away. After all this, I was still required to pay for the full botched order, only receiving a negligible discount much less than the value of the incorrect dish. Other than that, it was a great.
Great wings. Great selection of beers on tap and bottles.enu is a little too busy but the food was wonderful and inexpensive. Our server was obviously handling a large station but never missed a refill or opertunity to be of service.
I went here with my family last night hoping to enjoy a nice family dinner which turned into a nightmare! Horrible customer service, the servers act like they don't want to be there. Waited and waited to order. Will not go back.
Well lets just say very diapointing and below the local standards. Start off with saying an empty restaurant on a Friday afternoon New years eve. Service sub par at best no silverware on table had to get it ourselves from expo window. Server never even noticed, asked what we wanted to drink when we had drinks on table already. Order mac and cheese for my 3 year old came out in a soup cup and a cheese WATER consistency lucky enough my 3 year old doesn't know the difference and ate some from a plate because it looked like pasta cereal. Lunch salad not cold room temp and asked for no cheese only to get it covered in Parmesan cheese. Had the cub claws come out dark brown probably due to the oil being old almost looked over cooked and some tenders not even covered completely with sauce. I don't know how that food quality can make it passed an expo and be served to a table it was embarrassing. The pictures you see on reviews don't even look appealing. We are locals and determined this place for us is only good for a few beers
