2 stars for inconsistent hours. I came in Wednesday 6/8 and establishment closed at 8 pm for staff shortage. I came in again Friday 6/10 for the establishment to be closed at 7. I understand the staffing issue but update the hours to reflect accordingly. Additionally, how do you expect to pay your staff if two sales are missed just on my attempts?
I’ve always had great experiences here, but the manager was not very welcoming to me on this visit. I was not greeted when I entered but I ignored this as it wasn’t a major deal (originally). However, when my order was taken, she seemed as if it was a chore for her to take it and was very condescending about the rewards. A little happiness can go a long way and she sure could use it. I was looking forward to a sub but left empty handed, because I do not believe in spending money at an establishment that clearly doesn’t care about happy customers.She’s sadly ruined me ever coming here again.
They wouldn’t work with me on taking off some of the meat off the sandwich and was very rude when I asked to the speak to the manager, A kid came up and told me they cannot modify the sandwich in anyway which is bull because I’ve been to many fire subs that have. They were being bias and I don’t do well in Situations like this so I called my wifi and they were just rude and nasty.
Pricey compared to other options, but %100 worth it when you have the money to spare or want to treat yourself! Highly recommend. ^^
Update 4/1/22.Order online for Firehouse sub.Medium hot honey ham,lettuce,mayo.Somebody forgot the mayo dry as dryer sheet. Not hot and ham was dry..Not hot at allAlso had good sub from there before....This time was different no Hello welcome to Firehouse even the man manager was there.I live 0.6 miles from there. What disappointing this was.Not happy..

Staff was very friendly. Place was clean. I'm from Chicago where firehouse hasn't been doing too well, but I personally like the sandwiches and the cause.
Of all the Firehouse Subs in the area, this location is my favorite. Every sub I've bought has been fantastic and the staff is friendly. Hasn't ever been super busy when I go, probably because of its location. Since it's on the Full Sail campus it's out of sight.
Great subs and fast service.
