Cashier was extremely rude. She was quiet for what seemed like a min till I yelled "hello".I asked for a dunkin refresherade with regular tea instead of green tea. She told me they did do that there. I told her that's how I've been getting my tea for almost 2yrs.... she didn't respond till her colleague interrupted and told me he would help me. I told to the window and thanked him. Didn't hesitate to mention that I will be giving this place a perfect 10 review, because all drinks are customized accordingly.Whatever her name is give her a raise or send her home. She she is rude.
This is the 2nd day in a row this Dunkin' Donuts had issues. Yesterday at 9:30am they were out of several variety of donuts and the two frosted donuts I ordered hardly had any frosting on them, not to mention that they pressed the wrapping on both donuts down so hard what little frosting was on them came off. Then, today, I was put on hold for a while before I could place my order and when I received them all 6 donuts I ordered were placed in the same small bag! Just thrown in there! Who does that?? I would definitely not recommend this Dunkin donuts! Instead, drive a few minutes away for a better experience!
I ask for bacon avocado toast the lady didn't hear me right and game a plane one .came back in line again and ask for bacon and instead of charging me for the bacon told me ! You didn't order bacon I have 3 people that can back me up! Really !!!! I was like am not asking for free bacon and she cut me off and told me to have a good .I told her she was rude.today is 3-24-2022 .this happened like at 8:10am Management please put people that like service customer not angry ,miserable person that instead of making the mistake they made right choose to start an argument and try to blame at the customer.
This location is RIDICULOUS. They are always out of something day to day.. Splenda, expresso this morning and the other day eggs, all in a week!!! The heck. What type of coffee shop runs out of their main item at 8am. Plus unprofessional. Can always hear their conversations through the microphone. You cant walk in either. Im done with this DD. Id rather go to Starbucks.
Good Dunkin we use it often. Rated 4 starts because when they are on their game they are fast and efficient. Unfortunately I have experienced their less efficient side more than I would like. None the less it beats the Dunkin in Casselberry commons hands down.
Morning staff is 5 stars . Lunch staff is hit or miss lol but good coffee , good food . I got for me my husband and kiddo and spent 20 . 2 large drinks 3 hot food items . When I got to Starbucks for just 2 large drinks it's over 15 . . . So do Dunkin ;) good for you , good for your wallet . Lol
The price is not the best but the customer services is really good

This morning, I ordered a bacon and egg croissant at the drive through. When I got to work I found I only had the croissant. No bacon, no egg. Paid for it and even reviewed the order twice. Awful.
I had a long wait via the drive through. Once I got to my destination I realized they hot my order wrong. Oh well.
