Literally any other Dunkin Location is better than this one. The women that work here are beyond rude , cant hear, and SLOW. I was completely ignored at the drive thru but the man in front of me was served and the person behind me as soon as i left the drive thru was also served but they lock the door so you cant go inside. I wouldn't recommend this place to any women because apparently they have a problem with female customers but not males.
I stopped coming to Dunkin years ago because the quality of the coffee has gone down. But this morning I was hungry so I stopped at this location for a coffee and stuffed mini bagels. I dropped them on the floor RIGHT AFTER they were given to me, an employee even saw it and ignored it. I asked the manager at the front if I could get another order and she told me that for inventory reasons I’d have to pay for another order. Any other restaurant in the US would have brought me a new order right then and there. I asked her if she was serious and told me that I’d have to pay for a new order. I then asked for a refund because I’m not going to eat them and the manager told me yet again for inventory reasons she could not. i never get mad at places or leave reviews but this was something I couldn’t ignore. I’ve worked in customer service for years and the fact I had to FIGHT for a resolution is absolutely absurd.
As a previous employee you do not want to work here at all rumors of a employee not showering only once ever two weeks and he's the baker at this location I know because I have worked with him before. This store is horrible yeah you know that cold brew icecoffee you get everyday? Yeah it only gets changed once every two weeks cause I was the only one doing it umme just changes the stickers out on it to "make it last longer" I even seen a customer get sick off the cold brew. And I was told to shut my mouth that it wasn't that big of a deal. I have seen her drop stuff on the floor and pick it up like nothing ever happened to save money on products and expenses she under pays her employees calling corporate will do nothing since she is the one that is told to Handel it this dunkin needs to get closed down
I stopped at this location to try the promotional three dollar medium cold brew, but was told that their prices had just increased and so it was actually $3.49 including tax. I pointed out to them the three dollar sign that they had in front of their store as well as on the ordering sign as well as on my application on my phone. They told me that if I wanted a lower price that I would have to go to another location.When I called the location a few days later to speak with a manager, she had a heavy accent and was hard to understand and when I asked her to spell her name for me and give me their store location number, she told me that she had a long line of customers and that she had to go and she hung up on me.
This location is horrible. I visited a few months ago to try their promotional "Sunrise Batch," with the signs all over the outside of the store and the promotional message on my phone, and they told me that they didn't have any. I visited this store four days ago and was told that the $3 Cold Brew was now $3.49 with tax because their prices had just gone up. When I pointed out the promotional signs in front of their store, on their ordering screen, and on my phone app, Alyssa told me that if I wanted a lower price, I could go to another location. When I called this morning to talk to the manager and asked her to spell her name for me, she told me that she had a line of customers and had to go and hung up on me.
One of the worst Dunkin locations I’ve ever been to. The drive through is never less than a 10 minute endeavor. If you want to go inside to skip the drive through? Can’t, they don’t let you in. The workers are so rude and barley know what they are talking about. I have been there 5 times and have never gotten the right thing. And again, they are so RUDE. The “manager” there can barley do her job and obviously doesn’t manage very well due to the attitude her employees give to customers. It’s also obvious that they don’t have enough people working there since the line is always out into the street. Maybe if the manager was better there would be more employees. I also wish there was a way for me to submit a complaint to corporate but it seems like that isn’t an option. Sad.
Got a donut for my son and the Irish Creme coffee for myself (on 3/17).The young man may have been training. He gave me back a dollar too much. It was fun watching him squirm wondering if I was going to give it back, when I pointed it out.They handled the learning experience well.
Such a horrible experience!!! I went to this location yesterday and ordered a iced salted caramel latte. The entire drive thru process took 10 minutes and when I finally got my drink it didn't have whip cream on it like shown in the photo. When I asked for whipped cream it appeared he poured out some of my drink and replaced it with the same flat top! Then when I called to speak to a manager one was not in conveniently.
The manager told me my coffee was dark roast, and I said no it’s original. She said if you want dark roast you’ll have to wait for us to brew it. I sure do enjoy wasting money, and being deceived. Thanks Dunkin.
Worse place I have been to I believe the manager name is umme she always yells at me and says I can go somewhere else if I don’t like my coffee. All I asked was for more sugar. Someone else should be in charge of this dunkin. Every time I come here I see more people and the old ones leave is that not a red flag?
