. Drive thru was slow There was an issue with the kitchen and couldn’t order any hot food. The customer service was good though.

The girl at the register was so helpful and sweet, I went in with my stepkids and she made it a fun experience choosing donuts and drinks.

Coffee tasted like syrup when I ordered a Charlie and tastes like watered down coffee

I purchase a bagel breakfast sandwich and the bagel was over heated in microwave then over toasted. The bagel was so hard like a rock. I loosed my money with this dunkin donut. Complete ripoff. You stole my money. I will never go back to this store.

This is the third time that I have gone through the drive thru and they screw up the order. I asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese on both sides. I explained what I wanted twice but what I got a not toasted bagel with hardly any cream cheese. This happens every time. Guess I need to find somewhere else to get a bagel!

The worst part about this Dunkin Donuts is that you can tell it’s bad from the top down. Used to have amazing workers but because they were treated poorly they are all gone. Quick replacements were hired instead with little to no training.Walked in for a mobile order, was told they didn’t have it. Person behind the counter disappeared while I pulled up confirmation email. They never came back to the counter.Waited 5+ minutes before seeing a distraught employee rushing in from the parking lot, and before I could say anything was asked if I was there for a mobile order.Turns out they did have my order, but were out of an ingredient. Rather than ask me for a replacement they just left me stranded. Once the new employee started making my order, we quickly came to an agreement on a replacement.They made my order and handed me a bag before I politely reminded them I was still missing a drink. I was also missing an entire food item, but because at this point I was so dreading being even close to this establishment I just took my drink and ran.It is physically impossible for employees with proper leadership to be this worn. If you are the person in charge of this Dunkin’ Donuts, you need to consider closing.

When I arrived there was only one other couple in the store, and they had already ordered and paid for their order prior to my arrival. As I stand at the register to buy my 6 donuts, the couple ask if anyone is working on their order, since they had been there a while. The employee had taken the order and had taken the couple's money, but then forgot to process the order. Then the employees started loudly arguing about the order, about how long they had been there, how long they had to stay today and anything that was irritating them. It was very uncomfortable. And I'm still standing there, patiently waiting for someone to give me some sort of attention.Finally after about 5 minutes of waiting, a young lady takes my order. I get my 1/2 dozen donuts and remind her that I am eligible for a senior discount. Instead, she rings up 6 donuts + 1 donut and no discount. When I suggested that she just void the order and redo, she said that she wasn't trained on doing a credit card return, and then, to my utter amazement, took $2.00 out of the tip jar to reimburse me.

I generally really enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts, however, this location is a total letdown. Every time I have gone, it has been slow, rude service, and almost every single one of my orders has come out incorrect, even when ordering ahead on the app. I live close to this location, but I’ve quit coming altogether after enough disappointing visits here.

I stopped by this location for an afternoon pick me up and to see if they had a pumpkin doughnut, to satisfy my sweet pumpkin craving and I was surprised!At first I thought it was closed because there was no activity but when I pulled through the drive thru, I was greeted and made my order.The pumpkin donut was fresh, soft, fluffy and smelled divine with all the fall spices! It sure was yummy! The coffee wasn't bad, but for some reason no dunkin in Florida prepares strong coffee, most are pretty watered down. That is more a taste preference but it was drinkable and nothing a little cream did not fix.

Get nothing you ordered…. And poor serviceOrdered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Only 1 was correct. Mistakes happen, but the order taker was having problems. We emphasized the importance of getting one of the coffee correct due to a dairy allergy. Of course, it was full of cream despite being ordered 3 times with oat milk. I won’t bother describing the other two mistakesDuring the process we asked another employee to check and she abruptly said it would be fine. Sadly it was not.Never going back to this location. We didn’t confirm the issues until arriving home. Instead of going back we just dumped the coffees out. It could not have been more outrageous if I was being pranked. It just isn’t that hard.
