Recently noticed a whole new staff and with that a decrease in knowledge skill and customer service followed. I commend the idea and normal staff working this location but the three new employees are visibly upset working and it does create a negative impact as well as when speaking to customers they are rude and short. Due to being rude over an allergy question from a app order I'd highly recommend going up the street to their location next to Costco as the staff is not rude and happy to be employed with a company that truly makes an easy work environment.
I really like the size of the cookies here for the price.. also i like the rotating weekly menu! that is great for someone like me who love sweets and always willing to try something new! this was my 1st time going. I tried the smores the lemon BlackBerry, pancake cookie And the lemon crinkle cookieout of the 4 I'd have to say the smores cookie was my favorite one it wasn't too sweet it was perfect.2nd place The lemon BlackBerry cookie I really like the flavor of the cookie with the icing the only thing I would change is the blackberries in the middle I could have done without those other than that it was perfect! the pancake cookie was absolutely way too sweet for me wouldn't order that again and the lemon crinkle cookie just needed more lemon!! I love lemon and it should have had more of it or maybe a lemon cream cheese frosting (hint ?) also As always make sure you download the app and earn those rewards
My guilty pleasure omg I love Crumbl Cookies!!!! Lol It's the truth. It does not matter which location you go to they will always taste good. They have 4 new cookies each week and they always have Chocolate Chip and Sugar cookies.

My friend has been raving about this place for months, and she finally took me there to try it out! First of all, I LOVE when you walk into a store that sells cookies/cakes/any baked goods, and it smells like heaven. That’s already a great sign. Second, the cookies were delicious and PERFECT for sharing. They are a bit rich and heavy, but they are great for sharing and sampling with friends. The only one I didn’t like was the carmel-y one. It was far too sweet for me, but everything else was amazing and I can’t wait to try more flavors from Crumbl!
I'd never had these kind of giant, decadent cookies before, and boy was I missing out! The whole experience here was great. The ordering process, through electronic ordering systems on-site, was quick and efficient. The staff were very nice and helpful, even though we stumbled in near closing time. Will definitely have to be back here. No photo proof because those cookies were DEMOLISHED too quickly. Very tasty and the flavors were well done. :)
Amazing cookies every single time. The staff handles lots of guests in a high-traffic area quickly, efficiently, and courteously. Crumbl is a weekly occurrence in my household, and they never disappoint.

This my first time trying it. They stated the flavors change weekly. The cookies were warm and soft but honestly nothing special from other bakeries. Its a bit pricey for regular tasting cookies.
