Again, what happened… this place is a mess. There is a lack of management and no intervention from corporate. The pictures were taken during business hours. There’s food everywhere, no tables are clean, spills, the prep station is a mess, and employees are on their phones while there is a line of customers, not even taking into consideration the bacteria that phones carry. Look at the pictures and judge yourself this is not a location I recommend or a location I will ever be back to. What a disaster! Chipotle, let’s get things right here!!
Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The last 3 times I’ve ordered ahead, they’ve all been wrong. Don’t bother supporting this store.
They had a huge order go out at the time my online order was supposed to be ready. I watched them take it to the ladies car. So now 30 minutes past my pick up time and there is no sign that I will get my food. In the meantimeI watch 20-30 customers go through the line and get served. I will not do an online order ever again in this location. I can’t imagine it takes 30 minutes plus to make my one bowl. I’m hangry. You should have staffed better. I’m not sure how to cancel my order but I already paid for it. I guess I am stuck sitting here impatiently waiting for my food.
I typically refrain from writing negative reviews as I’m in the sales industry and know the impact it has on business; However, our visit to this Chipotle was awful. When we got to the front of the line, we asked for lettuce in our bowl. We were told “there is no more lettuce.” Keep in mind, we came more than an hour and a half before closing. I questioned if there was more lettuce in the back and the employee said no. The customer behind us asked for lettuce and the employee went to the back and grabbed fresh lettuce. We were also told they were “out” of all hard shells, which didn’t seem honest given the previous scenario. Additionally, When we opened the bag for our food, our tacos were flipped upside down in the bag outside of the tin foil. When we went to the front to show the cashier that the food spilled in our bag due to the way it was packaged, she questioned why they would need to remake the tacos… blatantly seeing the food at the bottom of the bag. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience and the customer service was poor. If I were the manager at this location, I would want to see this feedback to help my team be better.
What happened?i I understand that it's not an easy time for hospitality. And I respect great those that continue to work. However, the premises should reflect the service inside. You guys works so hard, don't let your entrance be littered.. it leaves a terrible impression.UPDATE:I FOUND A BUG IN MY CHIPOTLE BOWL. It is a rice weevil. Scientific name: Sitophilus oryzae. This disheartened me. Outside is truly a reflection of what is happening inside. The manager is swamped with to -go orders. The cashier is managing the drink fountain and checking out guests. There is food everywhere. I'm flexible and forgiving. BUT A BUG. Hells no.Corporate need to helps this location out.
I love chipotle and I always will but this time around the store was so messy. The counters were so dirty, the employees were just standing around. I went to grab a fork and the entire condiment area was full of food and soda. It was very hard to pay for my meal with such a poor cleanliness. I understand that sometimes restaurants get busy but it wasn't busy at all. I'm so sad about this because I really live this restaurant.I'm
No chicken, no fajitas, and completely out of guacamole and it wasnt even 6pm yet. This is at least the 3rd time I've been to this location and had an awful experience. And they had plenty of workers. I don't blame the workers; this is in management since this location constantly sucks and its different employees. I'll drive further for a different location moving forward.
I love chipotle. How they’re into supporting quality growers (no gmo’s etc), which is very rare indeed and special. Businesses would do well by valuing the people that work for them. Paying them an actual living wage, having a healthy, encouraging work environment, not working people to death, actually caring about the community they serve (instead of just tax write offs), or they’ll just go through endless rotations of exploitation and poverty, like it is now at most places. Can’t keep blaming the employees when they can’t even pay a place to live in and have no real incentive to be there other then homelessness. Basically businesses have to adapt to a whole new paradigm where all life is respected, or they won’t make it. Being conscious and responsible is the easiest thing to do and feels the best. Rather then greed/ selfishness etc. People do things well when they love it and feel appreciated respected.
Fire your chef. This Chipotle location repeatedly has plain tasting food. There’s something up with the flavoring here. Whenever I order from here, there is a serious lack of portion size in the bowl. I asked for lettuce on my bowl and they literally placed a single piece of lettuce on top. Are you kidding me?
Visited this location for the first time on Dec 22nd. Got a salad with barbacoa, chips and salsa & a burrito. Rice was hard/undercooked. Chips were stale. Salad dressing was bitter/horrible. Cannot reach anyone on the phone. Tried to get a refund through app & it still hasn’t been issued. Terrible customer service. Don’t intend on returning to this location.
