Chili's is always a great place to eat. This one is right off the main road, easy to get to. Clean inside and nice restrooms. It did seem they were short staffed but our server was terrific! Even with what's going on, she came over a few times to see if we needed anything. The food, as usual, was really yummy! We had the fajita combo with black bean burger and chicken. The tortillas were hot. You won't be disappointed if you go.
I hate to be putting this out there when I am a very loyal customer but most people have to know to stay away from this restaurant. This Chili's was my Go-To spot for all my needs. Everything was great, fast service, the food was piping hot but now, it's a joke. I go at least once a week and I will NEVER be going back to this specific establishment. Service is a wreck, some foods on the plates come cold and it's just not worth the time. The staff is friendly but that won't be bringing me back. I will say that if you DO come to this place ask for the server Alex. He is the BEST around. He is the reason why my wife and I always came back.Don't sit in the bar area as you will be waiting FOREVER for your food and probably even get the wrong food brought to you or even forgotten. I've given the bar side too many chances and today was the last time. If you want a little better service and credibility, wait the 10 - 20 minutes to sit at the booths on the opposite side.I write this review for those who don't want a terrible experience and their time wasted like ours was. Kudos to the staff that try to make it work but this place has gone downhill for far too long.
Not sure what happened since the order was almost 15 minutes delayed being made aside from already waiting 45 minutes. The order was incorrect. I ordered the silders with onions, fries, and the Mayo/mustard on the side.I got no fries or anything besides the sliders, cheese and mustard. I’m also upset because I only received a $3 refund when this was a $12 slider meal. Ridiculous.
We had a waitress, I forgot her name, who at the moment is prego, and she was great. Super attentive to my little boy which is always nice to see ?? food was good, going late means sitting in the middle bar area for everyone, which sucks, but I get it. Easier when they're closing and only 1 or 2 waiters/waitresses. But overall, good experience there ?❤️
Traveling and stop in for a Togo order because I love Chili's. The worse experience ever. All my food was ice cold I order triple dipper and the chicken was raw inside. My shrimp pasta was sour and not the correct portion..The mexican chicken the rice was hard and broccoli was cold.I order a dessert and the vanilla icecream was not even a full scoop. Restrooms was horrible no toilet paper and no paper towel . I went out and told a team member and no one bother to go in restrooms.
Just ordered food and wanted to thank you for ruining my lunch and making waste my $. The food was tasteless, bland and cold. I picked up at the tine given the chicken doesn't even looked grill. Not going back and much less tipping for bad food.
This place has improved. Seated and ordered quickly. The food is standard Chili's fare, always good. Ordered a Tex-Mex bowl w/ chicken. It was tasty, but lukewarm. Chios and salsa came first; but barely before the meal, and drinks weren't served at all til we asked for them when the meal was served. They are working on getting it right at least. Server was friendly, several pitched in and helped her.
This Chili's was horrible. It took the host 5 minutes to even great us and everything after took so long. The food did not come out right, but was fixed quickly. The waitress was not attentive, she did have someone helping her and she was very nice and helpful, but the waitress was not able to take care of her tables like she was supposed to and it was only a Wednesday night (not very busy). I would not recommend this location.
This Chili’s couldn’t care less, they always take forever and constantly are underportioning. Here is a picture of the cup of ice cream they gave us on our to go order. Don’t waste your time here
Food was served hot and tasted good. Polite staff. I've come here a lot and they're usually great. Occasionally take a little time to have you seated but over all great place.
