Their drive thru system is ridiculous, they didn’t have curbside available, so I had to go through the drive thru and the way they have the line set up is ridiculous and impossible for you to go on it if you’re coming from costco the only way I would’ve been able to go on the line was if I did a whole circle around the street and go on via the main road because you can’t even get on the line through their parking lot like you used to because now they have that blocked off , needless to say , I canceled my ordered

This is the place to go if you want free food. They put delivery orders on a shelf and you can just walk up and take whatever you want. Every other Chic Fil A takes precautions to prevent this from happening. This one thought moving the shelf to the side a little bit would solve the issue. That is a testament to how genuinely incompetent management is. They willfully throw money away like it doesn’t matter and should be fired.
Great customer service they are fast paste and they make the best milkshakes ever just very busy at lunch time

This location is well equipped to handle a large volume of customers. Boasting twin drive thru lanes. Two dedicated drove thru associates ready to take the order and process payment. Inside you will find well lit rooms, lots of space, and attentive staff. Very clean ! I will definitely repeat.
I mean what can I say, it's Chick-fil-A? It lives up to their industry expectations. Polite, quick, fresh, and good. No major complaints.For this location I recommend always double checking that your medium drink is actually upgraded when swapping a medium drink to a large. 3 times now I've requested for it to be a large, only for it to be input as a medium. No biggie, just double check on the receipt before moving up.

Just got my #1 meal. Everything came out perfect and it was worth the wait. There wasn't a survey on the receipt. I wanted to say that Matthew had outstanding service in the drive thru line. His pleasant manner made my day!
