Chick-fil-A food speaks for itself— we all know that it’s the BEST. This location is full of kind, efficient people who recognize their own mistakes before they’re an issue.In the drive through, the attendant thought she heard “no tomatoes”, but I said “no mayo”. At the window, that attendant went through my order and the options with me diligently even though it was dinner rush and the line of cars was a mile long. She recognized the mistake and had my sandwich remade all prior to taking my money. Excellent service by smart, caring folks!
Yesterday I went to Chick-fil-A oh, it was around 8:45 p.m.... My family and I order our food and sat down then begin to eat... Why we were finishing up employee came and told us that they close at 9 and that we needed to basically get out... He came over again and told me the same thing again, mind you we were not done eating completely... A few minutes later another employee came around the corner and said the same thing to us... I told them that we're almost done and that we were leaving... I have never been told that I had to leave a restaurant even though they were getting ready to close while I was eating my food... I feel that if that was going to be an issue when I ordered, they should have told me that I had to get my food to go instead of dining in... I felt this was very rude to ask a customer to leave while eating?
We go to chick fil a often but this particular time we were greeted with a pretty decent wait in the drive through which is not super normal, and then my daughter's sandwich was cold and my nuggets were dry and clearly not fresh. We didn't have time to turn around and wait again and I understand there are bad days sometimes and the workers were still very polite etc. But unfortunately the food was not enjoyable. ?♀️
I love Chick-Fil-A but this location was a different experience from other Chick-Fil-A locations. We went to the counter to place our order and there were 2 younger guys at the counter talking. Finally one of them took our order. I told him the order was for dine in. I had to tell him my order 3 times before he was able to get it right. Then when our food came it was in a bag to go. And the sandwich was wrong so we had to take it back to the counter to get the correct one. The womens restroom was out of toilet paper and it was a mess. A woman who ordered after us also was given the wrong sandwich. This Chick-Fil-A is an embarrassment to the company. The only person there that seemed to care and was friendly was a much older woman wiping down tables. We visited on 5/14.The restaurant was almost empty. Maybe we should have took that as a sign.
Yikes. 5-stars if I was rating for apathy. The guy that took our order… I nearly checked his pulse. Watched two employees on their phones while behind the food counter, one actually had it on the food counter and was leaned over just perusing her phone. She was literally leaning over the food counter with her phone on the counter. Both of them were touching their phones and then not washing their hands as they worked. Gross.Cheese on sandwich would not melt - sandwich was not hot.One employee swept trash around like he was playing hockey while other employees laughed.No greeting as we entered, and no salutations as we left.Employees seem to have plenty of personality for each other and 0% personality for guests. Great job hiring.

They're always up next to our closest friend heavenly sent Chick-fil-A is the best always very courteous and always accurate and delicious and they've even made more changes cutting down time always make it more convenient thank you Chick-fil-A
Fast service even when there is a long line I get their Chicken fingers and fries It's always fresh love their sauce the chicken is very tender and the fries are cooked just right . Will be back very soon.
