Just ordered pick up for the first time in years (I used to go to the one out by UCF all the time). I added cheese and bacon, paid $3 for that, yet it wasn't put on the burger... Also this piece of lettuce is pretty embarrassing, not just the amount, or lack of rather, but the fact that it's completely wilted. Lettuce doesn't make a burger, but I would never think this would have been acceptable to serve.Pretty disappointed with this as it was always good for lunch, but I'm out $3 too.
burgers were good, a lot of options in food, shakes were perfect, service was great, everybody was nice and patient when we told them it was our first time.

BurgerFi is great if you can dine in (or live really close by!). The burgers are delicious and the fries are decent. You can definitely find better shakes for the money but they're not bad by any stretch.Unfortunately, this type of food just doesn't hold up well if you get delivery or even pick-up. Like most restaurants, they make, bag and store delivery/pick-up orders on a shelf near the registers. This means the food sits there for some amount of time before it's picked up, and by the time it reaches your home the burgers are room temp and the fries are a bit soggy. The shakes are kept in a freezer until the order is actually picked up so they hold up quite well. Still, it feels like the food came from two different restaurants when comparing the dine-in to delivery experience.Certainly, none of this is BurgerFi's fault and there's no realistic solution to the issue, I'm just sharing this info to help others avoid repeating my own regrettable decision to get pick-up last week. I docked a star not for the delivery/pick-up reason but to reflect the shrug-worthy quality of the fries and shakes compared to the greatness of the burgers.
I recently went in to order lunch for a family member with serious food allergies. The service and attention to detail was absolutely top notch. The GM walked me through their process personally and reassured me that they take food allergies very seriously. He and his staff clearly take pride in their product. Even though we got replacement fries, it’s still not edible, bitter and old. Unacceptable for a burger place especially for the price! Bathroom is dirty and music is very loud. On the upside, staff is friendly.
Food tastes good, portion sizes were reasonable for the price. Plant based burger was tasty, chili fries could have had more chili, ran out half way through the fries. Service was pleasant and fast.
