Burger King really has gone downhill as a franchise. Zero quality control or staff training. I haven't had a single good experience at any BK location in central Florida in the past three years. I'm done. Always sh*t customer service, wait times, order inaccuracy, and quality. Mileage will vary but I'll more often that not have at least an okay experience at Mcdonalds, Subway, TacoBell, etc. No matter which BK I go to, it's always sh*t. This was the last straw. They should just have some dignity and put this franchise out of its misery. Much better places, specially locally owned and independent restaurants, that deserve your time and hard-earned cash.
Stingy as hell with their sauce cups. I wanted zesty sauce for each item I ordered which included two burgers, onion rings, and jalapeno bites. The woman who picked up the phone said "Nah, only for onion rings." She sounded off. Is this a made up rule? I think so because I called again a minute later and a guy who sounded much more confident and reliable said he doesn't know what the female was talking about and he fixed my issue. I appreciate the man. Besides that I received hard old jalapeno bites. It's Burger King I shouldn't have expected much.
This burger King pretty much is the lowest bar you could hit and still be called food. The workers don't care, the food is the worst version of burger King you can ask for. It's dry and greasy at the same time somehow. They're rude, the order is wrong, they won't fix it, and they couldnt care less how you feel about it.Someday this place will close and it will be replaced by a chic filet or something because there is no hope for it. If you have to get rid of the money please flush it down the toilet, you'll be happier for it.
I given this burger King 4 chances. First the services is horrible. Every single person that works there is rude. Worse services I have experience. They make you wait 20 mins for the food and you see everyone just talking and not working. The food Is horrible and they have gotten my order wrong all 4 times. When it comes to the drinks they give you whatever they feel like giving you. WORSE BURGER KING I HAVE BEEN TOO!!
I eat on the road plenty of times. This brand is a standard. I had never been with my husband at a location of this chain that runs so poorly. The very nice lady at the cashier did as best as she could. But the team dynamic, the time it took to deliver and how they addressed each other showed how stressed all might be. Probably underpaid.... undertrained.... and some individuals just not happy with their jobs. Not commited. I feel sorry for them. But I do not recommend the location till they fix whatever is needed. No salt available. No ice cream ? No cookies. committed. I Pass.
Everyone was yelling at each other and the manager set the tone. She was yelling at all her employees. They're all hanging out in the lobby sitting on tables with their shoes where customers eat. The managers hair was falling everywhere no hairnets I got someone's hair in my chicken. They all had an attitude it was an awful environment and it really stinks that this establishment is so far gone because I live right across the street. You would have so many more loyal customers if the service stepped up
Probably the time of day, maybe location, but there is always a long wait when we go. Also, it is difficult to read the menu, but I've read in the news recently BK is revamping their menu. Maybe with less clutter it will be easier to read.I purchased the new "whopper" on sourdough bread. Learning later there has apparently been negative feedback about the name as it is not a whopper patty but 2 smaller patties.I always like burgers on toasted sourdough and I love BK'S flamebroiled flavor. This burger was tasty but could have been better.Service could use an overhaul as it is pretty bland but again, could have been the time of day.
If I could give zero stars I would. Went in there with my child and I’m pregnant. Slow service nobody was in there only one car . Lady making food took along time .. the manger was yelling at her cause she place wrong wrapper on my food. I was like it’s ok don’t worry at this point I just wanted too go. Then the manager didn’t even read the screen too see I had onion rings and I had too tell her . The store has about good 5 workers lobby was just plain right dirty food on floor food on table bag on table. The soda machine was dirty . We are still in Covid-19 this stuff need be cleaned down smfh. I won’t be back sadly. Oh plus the food was so darn cold hadda warm it up
The place was dirty and the employees ignored me to handle the drive thru. Food was extremely expensive. I have been to 3 different Burger King's in the last month. Food was cold, tasteless and soda choices tiny
Ordered on uber eats, they switched my drinks for sprite I think, it tastes like the syrup in the machine is out, they forgot a full half of my order, the sides were just straight up missing. The only thing that they got to my door was the burgers which were meh, and the wrong drinks. Great job on that one! How do you mess up a majority of an order????
