Bolay is a chain restaurant serving delicious food that is freshly prepared. The menu can be confusing at first, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Order at the counter. Self serve drinks. Online ordering for pickup available, too. Ample parking in a large lot. Highly recommend!
Food is delicious, reasonably priced, and quickly dispensed.
Even going to Bolay durning a lunch rush and a huge line to the door. We still get our high quality food in and timely manner, with smiles from the team members faces!
We were invited to meet here with family and we were very pleasantly surprised by the selection and the delicious food. Bolay has wonderful vegan and gluten free choices. They also have plenty to choose from for meat options. My wife and I are very limited when it comes to eating out because most restaurants don't have vegan and gluten free. Bolay made it very easy to stick to our dietary restrictions and we all enjoyed our lunch.
I order Bolay through UberEats very frequently. I love it every time! So happy they brought steak into the menu. Also, every time I order, they write positive messages on the outside of my bowl every time! Love love love!!!
Tried to rectify a situation over the phone and the manager, Sierra, tried to invalidate everything I said and place the blame on me. When someone calls with a complaint, a store should have open ears and value their customers enough to RESPECTFULLY rectify any dissatisfaction with an order. We order here a lot and it’s hurtful that not only was our order rushed, but so was my phone conversation. Customers should feel valued and not have the blame placed on them. I work in a restaurant and would never invalidate a customer’s dissatisfaction the way they did. We also ordered to meals with undercooked noodles and they only offered to replace one. So disappointing coming from a place we love.

So glad I found this place!! Makes eating plant-based or vegan quick, easy & delicious. They also have meat & dairy ingredients for people that are not vegetarian or vegan. It's very similar to a Chipotle. Build your own, counter service but with different ingredients. I had them cater my last business function and EVERYBODY loved the food and appreciated the healthy options and delicious flavors. The vegan garlic creamy dressing is so tasty it tastes like it's made with dairy but it's not. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't yet. The Power Beans are a perfect meat-free protein alternative and they taste great!
