Blaze definitely has some really good ingredients and some really fantastic tasting pizza. Way above the price I think it's worth. It's a thin crust pizza, it's the equivalent of a personal pan pizza, and unless you really load up the ingredients it's not what I would consider an appropriate price but for the convenience of being able to have a pretty good pizza with really good ingredients made exactly the way I want it sometimes it's worth spending a little extra.
Pizza was good went on a promotional day pizza for $3.14 had the veggie pizza they have desserts like cookies and brownies. The pizza is cook in a wood fire oven they let you pick your own toppings or you can choose from a variety of choice toppings. Nice to see how things are made in front of you

Build your own pizza. The service was good, the flavor was good. The only minor issues is I felt a little rushed to pick my toppings and felt they skimped a little while adding toppings. Especially, the cheese. Still, well done.
I'll be honest. I'd really love to give them a try but one morning a couple hours before they went to open I walked past. Tables had crumbs and food from the night before and someone was already working to make pizzas. So it's not like it was just in night shift apparently no one seemed to think that was serious. It looked like a 5yo was let loose on all the tables. :(
Shout-out to Nasir, Antonio & Rachel for their exemplary customer service. They didn't judge my gross pineapple on pizza tendencies, they cracked jokes & told funny anecdotes, and they warned me about cheese in the cauliflower crust. The manager, Lisa, was solicitous & the entire team is diligent & friendly. Plus, I mean, the pizza is friggin' amazing & fast. Love this location!
Usually super good first few times but the past few times I’ve been here they have gotten my order completely wrong. Poured bbq sauce all over my pizza which I did not ask for but ate anyways because I was starving. Please have someone check before boxing it up and sending it off.
Disclaimer: We've owned an Italian restaurant so we are a bit critical since we've prepared these dishes ourselves.The dishes we selected are prepared right in front of you, as you wait in line.The pizza crust was paper thin. We had to ask for more mozzarella cheese. The server was stingy with the ingredients including the Greek salad (all lettuce, if we hadn't said anything.) We had to ask for more tomatoes. The server put black olives in our Greek salad. We had to ask for kalamata olives! Now, if you ordered a Greek salad, wouldn't you want kalamata olives soaked in wine and olive oil? Just saying...I would never eat here again.
I love Blaze pizza and specifically this location. They aren't super busy and even when it is a little busier than normal they still get your food done quickly. The smores cookie is my favorite treat but make sure you get it warmed up!
Pizza is always good here. Team members are always friendly pizza is made fresh to order in the spot and always taste delicious. If your looking for a complete customized pizza experience this is a great place to visit. This location has indoor and covered patio dining. Pricing is fair. This location is in winter park at the corner of Lee road and 18-92.
