Price here is pretty steep for what you get but the quality is always fresh and delicious so I will put my money where my mouth is and shut it and enjoy my food. The tuna here. Is very fresh. I love getting tuna poke bowls here because of how fresh their tuna always tastes. And it's not tiny wimpy cubes of tuna either. It's big hefty chunks.Their sauces and marinades are always very yummy and full of flavor. Rice is always cooked perfect. I don't think I've ever had a terrible meal here. Nice big menu. Plenty of options to please any person. Totally customizable as well for even picky people or children.I will say this location gets huge rushes and fills up fast at peak hours or lunch or dinner.I don't love being around a ton of people ever since covid so be wary if you want to avoid a crowd maybe go at a slower time.

Poke Bowls are delicious!

First time here since I came for a small visit from LA. I just winged it and got a bowl with white rice, chicken and stir fry. Along with a strawberry boba drink and crab roll? I'll look for the name but yeah. It was pretty good combination. Will definitely come back if i ever come back to Orlando.

I am a huge fan of Bento's however this location needs a wake up call. Food comes out slow and portions are cold and some parts are hot. The food quality is subpar. Bento is one of my top 10 places to grab a quick and delicious bite to eat. This location was neither quick or delicious. I ordered a General Tso Bento Box w/ brown rice. My rice was WAYYYYYYYYYY under cooked, my noodles were cold and dry, the green beans had 0 flavor and the salad was wilted. The General Tso chicken had no flavor. I don't know what is going on with this location but the food here does not represent the company well. I love Bento's but this location is not it. ??????I also ordered the crunch sushi roll and even that was bad. This location is making an AMAZING company look bad. If it is your first time at Bento's go to a different location. Do not let the slow service and poor food turn you away from an AMAZING brand.

Delicious food at BENTO. I got a general tso chicken with rice and it came with some very delicious green beans. I dined in, and this time they were very generous with the rice. The pork egg roll I got as part of my combo was crispy and delicious. I ordered a Tai tea as well and it was very tasty. Would recommend. Although the bowls are reasonably priced it can easily be $40 for 2 people with drinks

Went there on a weeknight. Super busy and ordered take out but ate in so they didn't have to serve us. Chicken was good as well as the miso soup. No space for 3rd party delivery and other take out customers to wait. Kinda messy. I'm just happy that my rice was cooked right.

The food here definitely fills you up when you need it to. However, the last couple of times I've gotten it, it tasted pretty bland. I usually get the rice bowls, and they just haven't been as good as they used to be. The rice last time I got it was crunchy and the chicken was full of tendons and was hard to chew. I haven't tried their sushi yet, but I am willing to give that a try.

The vegetable stir fry bowl with shrimp was good. And they give you quite a lot. Nice place.

The food was incredible as always. However, this location is a bit of an odd mixture between self-service and full-service. Outside of the adjustment to the flow of the restaurant. I found my dining experience to be pleasant. The staff was kind and the facility was clean.

The food was good a little pricey for the amount of food but ? tasty .. The service was outstanding but it seems they're understaffed because all the empty tables were full of dirty plates while they were taking orders.. The waiting time was about 25 minutes for the food but overall it was nice..
