Three family workers & the young adult daughter was out front. She definitely didn’t want to be there and was rude. She was irritated that I asked questions about the food & I explained I was gluten free. Asking for a plate & bag for my to go order for me a nasty look. This was the worst chicken fried I’ve ever had! Not fresh & there was a funky taste & no seasoning. How then stay in business is beyond me.
This is one of my favorite Asian takeout places! The prices are good and the food is also delicious. They are always fast. I only have 4 stars because there’s been multiple times my order has been wrong. Im a vegetarian and always order no meat, but they give meat anyway. Which is really disappointing. Other than that I’m very satisfied. They are also open pretty late which is nice since I don’t get off work until late. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Allergy Alert!Before trying new restaurants with shellfish on the menu, I like to verify the restaurant can accommodate my allergy. Both employees I spoke to did not understand what shellfish was until I explained it to them. The employee proceeded to inform me they don't serve shellfish which was incorrect information as they serve shrimp. This further confirmed their lack of knowledge or ability to accommodate customers with allergies. Ultimately the employee became frustrated and hung up on me instead of verifying with a manager or chef what their process is.I would recommend anyone with an allergy to eat somewhere else.
Ordered on a whim since they were one of the few local places thar had delivery from uber eats. It was soo good! Bourbon chicken, chicken lo mein, cheese wontons and veggie spring rolls were all great. Definitely my new fave Chinese restaurant.
The taste of food was good. I did find it pricey and ordered the Thai basil chicken shrimp, it was very flavory but I do realize it was more full of onions than other stuff. I find that to be cheap, it makes the plate look full but it's full of onions. The order does come with white rice.
Young lady (looks like college student) is rude AF and has a bad attitude. Fried Noodles for the soup was stale! Tasted 30 days old. Egg drop soup is okay. Chicken wings are really good. Mostly giving 1 star because of the woman's bad attitude. Customer service is important in a business and she doesn't have it!
The worst Chinese food we have ever had. Fried rice was white rice with a brown sauce, hot and sour soup was gelatinous and unlike any ever had before (not in a good way). Szechuan chicken was sweet, generic and forgettable and the garlic chicken was the same. Our son liked the steamed dumplings and donuts which is good as otherwise he would have been hungry. I do not recommend this place...we will be back at 369 next time.
Walk in to order some lunch no hello or nothing. I had to use the bathroom and it's absolutely disgusting. Food just mediocre. When this place first opened it was on point, now just blah. Sorry not a fan anymore. When it's slow why is your staff standing around when you should be cleaning your disgusting bathrooms. Note to self do not use the bathrooms at this place!
Food always taste fresh not overly cooked in soy sauce. It has become my favorite Asian food restaurant.
Great staff! Very helpful with dietary restrictions. Super clean and friendly family run business! A must-try!
