We have been to this Zaxby's numerous times. This trip was a Sunday afternoon. Dine in and drive thru were busy. We always eat inside. They are always organized and move the crowd very efficiently. Fries are always hot and fresh as is everything we've ever ordered. Never had a bad experience or problem. The folks at the register are always helpful with us old folks being able to use the points/coupons on our smart phones. ?
First off Count your wings before you leave … My fat a$* goes here way too much and more often than not the order is inaccurate. Whether you ask for a certain sauce and get another or your missing something. I don’t normally call and complain but but was only given 7 wings and didn’t realize till I got home. I called for manager to let em know and they didn’t even offer to rectify it. So here’s my bad review. I have a Buffalo wing addiction and came here 4+ times a week. Not anymore I’ll make it cheaper and more accurate at home. Also stingy on fries half the time and almost never cooked thru and their soggy. Save your money
Ordered a salad on door dash would of been delicious had the meal I recieved would of been what u ordered. I understand mistakes happen. They're wings are pretty decent
There is never any seasoning on my fries every single time I come. Never hot food. Always sub par quality and this time I was charged 2.49 for a large water which is wild !! At least warn me when I order it! I’m always so optimistic when ordering at this location thinking “maybe, just maybe this time it’ll be good… or at least decent” but nope. Now I’m gonna finish this pathetic meal as I weep onto my soggy plain fries.
Attention to detail is paramount in service-oriented business models. The staff consistently fails to pay attention to the order specifics and fulfill the legal obligation to provide what is paid for. Hire professions, who are career-minded, who will embrace the notion of proving the level of service you would want for yourself and your family! Fire the crew that doesn’t embrace this or close your doors; better you’re not there creating false expectations than exist and continue to disappoint and take money you don’t earn!
The customer service among the employees here is horrible!! My wings were dry, barely sauced. My fries were hard and the toast was burnt. When I went back the only person that was polite and apologized was the MANAGER MICHAEL!! The employees was immature and rude! How are yall mad because YA’ll got my order wrong and I came back to get it fixed ???
Went thru the drive thru, the service was slow..understanding they are busy I waited. Sadly the order was wrong and I was so frustrated I took the incorrect food and just left just disappointed.
The place is clean, and the food is decent, albeit pricey for fast food.
Cajun sandwich deliciousness. They could finish the fries a bit more as they were mushy but well flavored and the mushrooms were greasy.
Disappointing! Cypress Gardens location Zaxby’s. I asked for “All drums” in my wings and things combo with “heavy sauce on the wings.” There’s usually and extra charge for all drums, which I have no problem paying. I was told “I don’t know if we’ll be able to do all drums but I’ll try.” I said thank you.When I got home with my order, the wings were dry! There was barely any sauce is the tray. It looked as if the wings had been already sauced and sitting for a while. The sauce had already soaked into the skin of the wings. As for trying to give me “all drums”… of a 5 piece wing, I didn’t even get mostly drums!I would have respected the situation had the person who took my order been honest with me. I would have ordered something different or go to a different restaurant.I was so disappointed with the quality of my food and service that I will not be going back to Zaxby’s.
