I went yesterday to try Zaxby’s for the first time yesterday. There was a young man taking orders outside. I have never been there so I needed to look at the menu the gentleman said that I could go to the menu and order there. So that’s what I did and when I was ready to order the young man that was inside that was supposed to take my order told me that was not gonna happen that I need to go back in line so I can order now mind y’all this was a Friday evening. Needless to say I don’t think I’ll ever be trying Zaxby’s that young man was very rude no customer service experience.
First time trying Zaxby's. Chicken sandwich was moist. Way too much sauce on it. The sauce on it isn't bad, even for someone who doesn't like the taste of Tabasco based sauces.
I will never come here again.. I wish I could leave no stars. Cashiers was very rude to me after I asked why did I receive a drink I didn't pay for.. he walks off after I asked.
Normally, this restaurant is one of the better Zaxbys but, tonight not so much. Food wasn't to standards it wasn't even warm. Lacked correct sauces and I paid extra for large fries and drink. The fries were not large they were same as if I hadn't paid extra. Very disappointed this trip. I absolutely love Zaxbys food!
If you want something quick, perfect spot, if you want time to order, go inside. The patience is very minimal. Most of the time, the order is correct.
Me and my husband went thru drive-thru and ordered the wings and things and the five piece chicken meal and he asked the girl in drive-thru if she could make sure they actually put fries in the boxes since last time there was about five fries in each box. When we got home I looked on my receipt and they charged us for extra fries. Won't be returning.
Only thing good was the food once we actually got it. We ordered our food and finally 30 min later got it. It was fried chicken which from my experience in fast food takes only several min to cook. Half the staff up front was crabby and they weren't even into their lunch rush. Not sure what was going on... Nothing obvious.
Always delicious, fresh, hit. Try the chicken fingers plate, or the Cobb salad if you are watching your weight.
Food was good, they were little heavy with seasonings on fries.
Found a piece of wood in my fries and the manager accused me of planting it. Will never eat there again because I don’t know what will be in my food. Apparently they do not care about serving food without foreign objects in it.
