We went through the drive thru. We were told it was closed for 10 minutes to get the store together...whatever that means. We waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes and went back. When we pulled up we were told it would be closed for another 15 minutes at least. So frustrating. We wouldn't have waited if they had been honest from the beginning.

I had the worst experience I've ever had at this location on this past Sunday. After church, my family and I decided to get a quick bite to eat. We've visited this location quite a few times in the past and normally the experience is good to fair, but not my recent visit. It was the complete opposite. The so-called manager Venus is the worst. When I first walked into the restaurant, I did not know that customers have to use a kiosk to place their orders, so I walked up to the counter thinking that this is where I am supposed to go to place my order. Venus rudely told me that I had to use the kiosk. I ignored her nasty attitude and proceeded to the kiosks to place my order. My younger brother and sister followed and placed their order. I did not want to deal with Venus' attitude, so I dealt with another manager name Demetrius. Night and day attitude difference. He was very nice and kind. I asked him if I can get my order fried fresh. He nicely told Venus about my request and again, she was rude and said all orders are always fresh (which we all know is a lie). So I told Demetrius that I did not like her attitude and I wanted my money back. He begged me not to do so and said that he will cook the order himself. Keep in mind that Venus did NOT have on any gloves while handling the food and you can tell that her ugly attitude brought down the moral of the rest of the crew. The energy was just her dark and toxic. So for the sake of the other manager, I did not do the refund. My sister ordered so coffee drink and with an attitude, she told my sister that they were out of cream and that she can get a fountain drink. I overheard the conversation and kindly informed Venus that my sister's drink was an up charge and she needs to be refunded the difference. Again she was rude and said for my sister to get a large drink instead of a medium and that will off set the difference. At that time, I had had it with her attitude and told the other manager that I wanted my money back. While making my complain to Demetrius, another customer said Venus was rude to her as well. Demetrius proceeded to call the district manager and literally said another customer (talking about me) was asking for a refund because Venus' attitude AGAIN. This let me know that I was not the only person that she has done this to. I will never come back to this location as long as she is working there and I will be letting my church congratulation know about my experience and tell them not to visit this location again.I went online to try and file a complaint and received an error message saying wrong email format. I deal with computers all day every day and I know how to properly enter an email address. So, I decided to get up this Monday morning and give them a call. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes now.

New style design - cashier-less. Walk in and greeted by 2 table mounted kiosks for ordering. Small dining area with a communal feel. Modern, clean design. Freestyle Coke machine. Had some covered outdoor seating near the entrance.

Went inside to order and since there were only mobile kiosk to order, I had to ask an associate for help since I had a coupon code/barcode . The associate asked who I assumed was a manager who then turned to me and said "Come On" like I had just interrupted her, or like I was a child. So after I placed my order and waited for it to be prepared. I live literally 8 minutes away and everything in my order was cold. I mean the fresh fry guarantee must not apply to all Wendy's. So wish I would have chose somewhere else to eat. ?

Just waited 20 minutes for garbage food. I counted 8 employees working and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. My food is cold and disgusting, it took forever, nobody cares that it did...AND holy overpriced Batman! I will never go to Wendy's again because it sucks!

I drive the 15 extra minutes to the location near Havendale because this one just never gets anything right. The old place might’ve been rundown and disgusting but at least it was decently sized and they got your order right. Also the portion sizes are EXTREMELY small. I now get a kids drink and kids fry in my 4 for 4 when it used to be medium drink and small fry.

Pretty good haven't had a wrong order yet! Been there at least a dozen times. I would vote this best Wendy's I've ever been to!

Everytime I order from this particular Wendy's my order is either wrong, cold, or very bad quality. Today I ordered a frostyichino And it was watered down coffee with no sweetness whatsoever. Totally gross. Especially around her I would never go to this Wendy's!

This Wendy’s is so hit or miss and its usually always sub par service which I just come to expect every time. So sad that you have to expect bad service and sometimes bad quality food. I will say sometimes it’s super good but you never know what you’re getting and I would be afraid to dare say something as I would think they would do something out of spite. Sad. Then tonight I had went through and the first time they took my card and I came back like 10-15 minutes later and the guy says “oh btw we are only taking cash” so you’re telling me your whole system broke within 15 mins? I doubt it.

Came to the restaurant to order what I always order which is the $5.00 biggie bag with upgrade to drink a Vanilla frosty-chino to be told that they do not serve frosty-chinos at night. This is very disappointing when every other wendys serves frosty-chinos at night. This need to be fixed. Customer lost.
