I got 2 4 for 4’s and my experience with the drive thru was disappointing to say the least. I hadn’t eaten anything all day and was hoping to get something to at least fight my hunger but boy was I in for a surprise. As I was ordering the woman who was taking it seemed very rude and impatient but I just marked it off as her voice even though it definitely was not. I pulled up to the window and was handed my order I was handed 3 cups which I was very confused about. Very quickly I was asked to give the third cup back which I did and the lady gave me so much attitude as if they didn’t just hand it to me. I looked down at my other two cups and one of my sprites looked brownish and tasted horrible. Moral of the story is don’t you to this Wendy’s if you are looking for any sort of decent service!!!
Busy with long lines and still fast service and good food. I've been here several times and always receive amazing service keep up the good work
Everybody knows Wendy's is pretty good! I like that they don't charge extra for lettuce or tomato. The BBQ Bacon Burger is awesome - I get extra onion tanglers - costs a little bit (50¢) but they're not shy with them!
The last three times I ordered from here they missed something (drive through). This time it was a large Baconator meal and a classic chicken. I have taken to checking my order in detail in the parking lot and then go in to get what was missing. Had to wait quite a while before anyone came to the counter despite the many people looking at me waiting. By the time I got my complete order the first part was basically cold (cold fries are gross)
I go here often. They mess up my order half the time. Had a situation where the person didn't know what a hamburger was. Wanted to charge me for a Dave single without cheese. Big price difference. She blew up in an attitude with me and told me I needed to calm down. I just wanted a hamburger. It's 1.39 that's literally all I said. the manager is very nice. But every other employee I have dealt with has an attitude problem they don't say thank you have a nice day and in the Drive-Thru they never give you the receipt, you have to ask for it.
The Freestyle Machine was 1/2 empty, no Coke and dirty area all around drink accessories area. No napkins or carrier for 4 drinks, inside cashier was very unorganized but it was 1pm Sunday, 6th of Feb. Drive thru was busy so I went inside, everyone was gone before I left with my 4 for 4, 12 cars in line and 5 after me inside?
Service was great ?. My husband said that the. Men's restroom really needed a cleaning.Prices are better than McDonald's.
My husband ordered three meals through their delivery system using the Wendy’s app. An entire meal was missing and their app does not allow you to get a refund. We called twice and they picked up the phone and the only thing they said was that the worker gave the delivery person all three bags. If that was the case, either the delivery person stole it or the worker was lying, but not receiving your food, paying delivery, and not being able to get a refund or your completed ordered is quite upsetting. They need to do a better job at informing the customer how many bags they should expect or at least offer a refund if items are missing. Excuses should be avoided because after a customer pays, the customer should receive the full order.
Closes dining room at 7 on a Friday. Lines are always long af and not everyone wants to go through drive through totally unprofessional and anytime I get food in the drive through it’s always cold at this location as well. Hire new employees. Last time I was there a man was asleep in the bathroom and one of the employees just said yeahhh he’s been there all day and allowed him to continue to sleep. Guy came out seemed like he hasn’t showered in days. Sad but still help the guy find a place to shower don’t let him lay on the dirty floor passed out.
Good was good except for the fries. Lately they taste off. I don't enjoy them anymore. Chicken sandwich was really good. Csw at drive thru was nice and presented clean. The was no long wait on the order.
