Not a terrible meal but a little disappointed in the Grilled Buffalo Shrimp Sandwich and the not so cold beer! The sandwich was way too pricey for what we were served and lacked the buffalo flavor my husband was expecting. I had the fish, it was good just a little salty, great portion size on mine though!The table behind us had wings that smelled wonderful! I considered those but they were listed as "market price" on the menu. Not altogether surprising but decided to pass!Wanted Mac & Cheese balls for an appetizer, those and gator bites not available ? Great service and we really enjoyed sitting outside, so we would not be against going back another time.
The food is always good here. My favorite is the jalapeño Mac & cheese bites & fried fish bites. We always eat here when we take the boat out. Plenty of places to dock your boat at.

Went to Twisted Prop yesterday. They had ribs on special. They were great! They give you 4 but I could only eat 2 they were so meaty. Had them for lunch today and they were still very good. Also had the fried mushrooms which are always good.
Cold beer, chill views. The wings are some of the best in the area. Sit outside, enjoy some cold beer and let time pass.

We sat outside. We received our drinks quickly and ordered, but then waited almost an hour before our actual food arrived. My order came out the complete opposite of what I ordered. By the time they fixed it my burger was cold, so the food wasn’t the best quality at that point. The fries didn’t have much seasoning on them. My husband and sons drinks were never refilled the entire visit.Overall not the best experience we’ve had at a restaurant. They need assigned waitresses for each table so each customer can receive the care they need. When there are not assigned tables, customers get overlooked and it makes the place not a 5 star establishment.
Not a bad little spot. Hidden away and relatively quiet. My only complaint is y'all need to learn what real buffalo sauce is... Being a northerner, and trying the buffalo shrimp, was a bit of a surprise. Order some anchor bar sauce to see what it's really like!
We love everything about this place!! For casual dining, Twisted Prop has it all, it can't be beat! Great service, great food and drinks, live music indoor/outdoor seating and a beautiful lake view. It's even accessible by boat. If you haven't been, GO! You're in for a treat and won't be disappointed!!
