This morning my daughter calls the manager here at taco bell on 1799 3d St in Winter Haven to explain why she is calling in and sarcastically and unprofessionaly the manager proceeds to tell my daughter that she better have been locked up in one of Grady Judd's rooms for the evening that's the only way she will be able to keep her job. Little does she know me and my daughter spent most of late night and way to the early morning in the hospital due to my daughter having a sizeure. The woman would have know what was going on if she would have just took the extra 5 minutes to listen to what my daughter had to say and they could have reached a understanding and a solution to this matter. Now that she no longer has her job and it has now put her back under a lot of stress to the point she may have another seizure. I as her mother will be calling headquarters to file a complaint against the manager that is working this morning on 06/09/2022.
Too expensive, their prices go up two days ago. I bought tacos take out. It took me about 10-15 minutes to drive home yet the tacos were soft, mussy, no taste at all.
Friendly service, food made to exact specifications,( i'm a very picky vegan), fast service. Clean atmosphere. Lots of parking.
Every time I come here there's a problem with what I'm trying to order. They're either out or it's online only or they discontinued it. I'm over taco bell. BRING BACK THE MEXICAN PIZZA!
Ordering through the app is a snap! The wait times fluctuate, so make sure to order at least 10 min. before arriving. I have ordered various things over this past year. Chalupas, nacho fries, and even recently one of their frozen Mountain Dew Baja blast drinks. It actually tasted quite refreshing. Food usually comes out nice and hot.It was actually a free reward during my birthday month. Driving into this particular Taco Bell sometimes can have traffic jams. Again, if you order through the app, you won't be wasting much time.
Beware they won't rip you off for your money. They asked if I wanted to round up and I said not today. When I looked at my receipt they took my money anyways. I will never go back to that Taco Bell again they will rip you off for your money even if it is only $0.50. Stealing is stealing that is ridiculous. Beware!!

I liked the quesadilla I ordered. The deep fried hamburger burrito was a little too greasy, and I wish they would mix the ingredients more so you had every ingredient in every bite. A bite of nothing but lettuce isn’t pleasant.
They did not get my order correct on the original order,it had to be corrected at the window. They forgot to put the sauce in the bag. Extremely friendly and pleasant staff.
