Horrible customer service and they double charged my debit card, also they'll kick you out just for sitting down if you don't order from there. Very poorly ran subway.
The older black lady is horrible, I work at Walmart and she cusses me out nightly, we were told to buy something if we were to sit so I do, a icee and she is the rudest around, she told me tonight to get out, mind you I don't pay her any mind and I have witnesses, and she does this in front of the customers smh your going to lose business because of her!
We ordered online today all 5 sandwiches messed up , wrong bread ect I try to call the location what a surprise no answer. I get to the location they try to fight me on having the sandwiches remade when I have the messed up sandwiches in hand they finally go to remake them and lo and behold they are now out of the product because they did not prep accordingly for the day so now they stole my money. Made the sandwiches incorrectly in the first place wouldn’t offer something in replace of the item since it was a extra charge and made me go out of my way with no compensation a cookie would’ve been nice for the inconvenience not even a I’m sorry They acted like I was the one in the wrong when they made these sandwiches incorrectly in the first place if I could give a 0 stars I would I have also contacted corporate regarding this visit
They denied a pregnant women a cup of water as she wasn’t feeling well! All because she a Walmart employee .
Me and my mom came to get food there was a old black lady who was really rude didn't wanna listen to what we wanted on the sandwich and kept rolling her eyes. We left without buying anything and we won't buy here again! Was just at this subway and the worker whose an older lady working at 1pm on Friday July 16,2021 was very rude and unprofessional, now I understand working during rush hour is hard but I was curious about the new chicken bacon ranch item and she bangs on the glass where she has a sign that the toaster is broken, I am perfectly able to read it but be more verbal and not be rude and rush people into getting the food, as well as the food did not look fresh at all, I usually like this location but never will I be coming back while she is working.

First off the food is fine , management is great BUT the older black lady & the 2 young I believe either white or Hispanic girls there are terribly rude to customers . They have horrible customer service & if I get disrespected over a water cup again I will be contacting corporate. It has to stop its not fair to the paying customers!
Subway is a good place they get the order right everytime.
