The last two times this location has gotten my order wrong. I want a vanilla latte and it’s pain and disgusting. So disappointing!!
Terrible experience- ordered this morning using the mobile app at 8:05 this morning -when I arrived the bread I ordered was sitting in a bag on the damp counter, the latte was not ready so I waited 30 Mins and then asked the barista to check on my drink order and she said she didn’t have it. I showed her my bread and asked her to make my drink- I watched her foam milk and then waited 10 more minutes before asking again, she then pointed to the cold milk she had foamed for my drink and said it was coming. I asked to speak to a manager and learned that she is the manager…she didn’t apologize and had I not said anything I would have waited longer and received a cold latte. Here’s the take away - If you can’t handle mobile app orders, turn the option off. Show some empathy and don’t waste people’s time…I hope you guys can get it together.
I’m very disappointed in the service at this particular Starbucks the dining room always seems to be closed and instead of having a big posting on the door you have to get out of your car walk to the door before you even know it’s not open because that’s how small the letters are not only myself but with in 3 minutes 5 people walked to the door the drive through line is around the building and moves so slow I’m self employed but a lot of people are not. I drove over to the one in front of Legoland the dining room is open and the line is moving quickly. I don’t plan on visiting the other location no more this has been a on going issue. Management needs to get it together and open the location it doesn’t make no sense for inside to be closed. Plus train your employees better last time I waited in line for over 30 mins got to the window and it took the employees 10 more mins to get me the correct drinks. I’ve had more then one bad experience at this location I will not spend my money here no more.
This was my first visit at this Starbucks and honestly left disappointed. Mobile ordered at 8:58 did not receive all of my items until nearly 9:30. By the time I received everything my drink was melted, my food was not only cold but was burnt. Also, a barista with pink hair dropped my bag of food on the floor behind the counter. Bag wasn’t changed nor was food remade was pretty gross to see. I understand a morning rush but they continuously took drive through orders as well as walk-ins. If my order is placed and paid for ahead of time why is it not being worked on? The employees could really use some training from nearby Starbucks stores.
Excellent experience this morning. The customers in line with me were awesome. Nichole was queen of the register with her efficiency and positive attitude. She asked every customer about scanning points for the Starbucks app. Her pink hair was the perfect Saturday mood enhancer.Great store. Not on a regular rout of travel for me, but I will gladly go out of my way to visit again if I'm in the area.Thanks for the great coffee
Donna made a drink for me that I haven't had for a long time because of it being made wrong consistently in my new home state. She made my drink and my mom's order as well with a big smile and such a friendly attitude friendly attitude and it was absolutely perfect and honestly I could not be more happy if I tried right now :) I just had to leave her with you cause it's been a year and a 1/2 since I've had this drink and I appreciate it. We went to this Starbucks at 9:03 wait for more than 5 minutes on the speaker for someone to ask for our order nobody respond. Move to the window and we saw employees cleaning already and no one have the courtesy to take our order. Website said close at 10:00 pm
This branch has been closing for a while before the time stipulated on the internet and its sign at the Entrance. This behavior is disrespectful and antagonistic for any business; even more, a franchise of great popularity such as Starbucks. In addition, is totally inappropriate to open the businesses without having enough supplies to offer customers. Additionally, they have the habit of removing customers from the lobby area and closing the doors at any time of the day for the sole reason of having too many accumulated orders. I wonder if the owners have knowledge of this situation?

Extremely disappointed in my trip to this location today. After placing my order at 3:19pm it wasn't until 3:45pm that I received a my beverage and left. Customers who placed orders after I did received their drinks before me. In addition my drink was incorrectly made and had to be done over and that one was incorrectly made as well. After waiting nearly 30 minutes I just decided to take that beverage and not waste anymore of my time. I think from now on I'll avoid that location and drive further if that means I'll receive better results.
