I stopped in this afternoon I hit the red button to place an order a young gentleman voice came over to microphone and said someone will be with you shortly so while I was waiting I made a few business calls and I noticed a nice white Dodge pickup truck pull next to me I noticed the truck because I'm looking for a new truck but that's a whole different story anyways this guy orders his food eats and leaves and no one still has taken my order so I'm sitting there for 25 minutes or so I hit the red button again and the lady asked me how can I help you I told her that I've been standing there for over 25 minutes she had no reply and did not even say she's sorry so I got back in my truck and left without ordering anything this was my second bad experience at this location I like Sonic's but this is a terrible place never again I don't usually leave bad reviews but when something terrible like this happens just good to let customers know so I left hungry with no time to stop anywhere else it's a good thing my wife will have dinner ready at 7:00
Ordered 3 burgers, tots and drinks. The burger was cold and the meat was dry. The tots were cold and hard as if they had cooked them hours before I came. I gave all the food back to the General Manager Sara and requested my $31.31 back. This happened back in March 2022 and I was home when I checked out food and we just had to throw the food in the garbage because it was cold and my family just could not eat it. We gave them another try, which was tonight and of course it was an epic fail. We went to Checkers where the burger and the fries were freshly made. Do not go to Sonic in Winter Haven. I don’t see how they are still in business serving the food they are serving. They were pretty busy and I just knew we were gonna get fresh food. I was wrong!!
Bad service. We ordered and the food never came. We asked about our food and they couldn’t even find the order. So we decided to skip the meal and go to dessert. We ordered and it never came. Again they couldn’t even find the order.
Normally it's good and they get my order right, but this last visit I wasn't satisfied with. After they messed up the first time, they went to remake my sandwich and it was worse than the first.
The burger was thrown together VERY sloppy and the fries were below average,warm but not fresh. There was no ketchup in the bag. This was my first visit AND definitely my last. They had an opportunity to make a a first impression and they ruined it!!!
Good food.....good service. Was annoyed about the parking lot but not enough to not go back. Would have been better if the drive thru was away from the order booths. Got stuck waiting for the drive thru line to move before I could back out.

My friend wanted a quick meal so she chose Sonic. Her choice was a corn dog and a chili cheese hot dog. I had a hot dog and a Cherry ? lime drink. It was a good quick meal.
My husband and I always come here but this time we are very disappointed. We called the store and no one is answering. We both got burgers and they were both so sloppy and not warm at all, plus we have tots that are so over fried that we couldn’t even eat them. Will try to call again tomorrow to get our money back
Yesterday was my last visit to the Sonic of Winter Haven. If I tell you that when I got home and opened the hamburger wrapper and found the hamburger like this, would you blieve me? It's still hard for me to believe.
