We go to this location all the time our waiter today was "Colin". He was so nice and his customer service out of 1-10 it was a 20. He made sure we were taken care of. Our food was amazing the salad bar was very clean and fresh. My Asiago chicken was amazing the flavors was everything. If you every go to this restaurant make sure you ask for "Colin" the best waiter ever! Kudos for the amazing dinner and service! Will be back again!
I was there for lunch a few days ago. I ordered a Philly cheese steak hoagie. The sandwich was partly covered in a cheese sauce which didn't taste good. I was able to eat most of the meat, onions and mushrooms but the part that was covered in the sauce wasn't edible, at least for me. I like the restaurant and the food is usually good, but I'll never order this meal again.

This review is based upon the servers that work for Ruby Tuesday in Winter Haven. They always managed to hire dedicated people who are great servers at this location. I haven't been there in awhile, but I remember the awesome salad bar. The servers make the difference. As regular customers we’re always made to feel special.
We stopped after church to have the salad bar. It did not disappoint at all But the highlight of our visit was definitely Colin! His personality was awesome and he was so sincerely caring. Colin was a breath of fresh air ? Thank you!
They told us it would be a 30 minute wait, and we waited an HOUR for them to seat us even though half of the restaurant was empty! It was strange. We did not have a large party. Then we get our order and half the orders were wrong. We had very simple orders. My order was missing peas and the bread was burned. We are there 2/18 around 6pm. I think that is just how it is now at restaurants—worse or no service and more expensive.
Food is delicious many choices we did the crispy burger and the New Orleans plate was awesome Maria was super nice and courteous made my family feel like home we will back soon

I have had the BEST experience I have ever had at this establishment! It wasn’t so much the food or the atmosphere (don’t get me wrong, the food was good) but our waitress Lavonda was fricken AMAZING!!!!’ I would give her 10 stars. Her personality is contagious and her ability to make me laugh all throughout the dinner was one of a kind! I loved this lady??? I will be back a hundred times over as long as I get her as my server! This establishment is LUCKY to have her!!
It almost seemed like a joke...the entire experience. Seated promptly and the server came to tell us she was too busy to take our order. When she finally could, she let us know they were out do salmon for the night. No problem. Then they were out of two other items I tried to order: mashed potatoes and kids pizza. This is also fine, but worth mentioning so we don’t try to order them either. Then I ordered an adult cheeseburger for my son and out came a kids hamburger with the driest bun. I asked for the cheese missing from the cheeseburger and zero apology. A girl brought a slice of cheese on a plate but the time the burger was half eaten. My daughter spilled her milk all over me, so I tried to order another and the server responded with “I didn’t charge you for the first one”. Okay, very kind I guess(?) but my daughter still wants milk. She never brought it. Our food was sub par and we asked for the check. Our drinks were not refilled. We asked for the check and the waitress was ridiculously upset when we reminded her it was Tuesday and kids eat free on Tuesdays, at Ruby Tuesdays. It’s “twos” day so it’s pretty hard to forget, but then she let us know she would need to try and find her worthless manager. Well okay then. I wish we had just left from the start. Hopefully management can turn this around and help the staff with everything.
