Beyond horrible was there over an hour and half and never got our food multiple tables came and gone by the time we even ordered
Service, was awesome by Angela food was fresh hot and delicious We give a Thanks 10 being the absolute best
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We had to wait for a long time just for our drinks and asked the waitress five times for biscuits while she brought extra biscuits to the black folks at the he table next to us who already had their dinner. We asked for more biscuits and she never brought them out. Not to mention she handed us plastic wear instead of actual silver wear saying “this is all we got right now”; and we had to ask for plates for our biscuits. It was obvious she favored the other table. She made it her business to check on that table multiple times and never gave us an update on when our food would be out. The cherry on top was waiting almost an hour for our food. We decided not to stay because we had been there for almost an hour waiting for our food. I offered to pay for our salads and drinks and they had the nerve to ask us to give that waitress “a little something”. I have visited several RL in Florida before and never have I ever had an experience like this. So disappointing.
Even, when the sea food I love is the Caribbean style, I enjoy so much Red Lobster . Anita was our waitress, and she gave us a 5 stars service. The bread is delicious, the scallops, the shrimps are cooked to perfection. We also drank Corona beers with lime. I recommend this place. Good and fast service, clean, organized, for us, it's a 5 stars restaurant.
Food was delicious and service was excellent, just a mistake on my oder but oder than that it was good..
They are remodeling the exterior so we weren't even sure they were open, but we were glad we stopped. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The food was AMAZING as always there. Beautifully prepared and SO yummy!But our lovely waitress, Mysheeka, made the experience absolutely a 5-star lunch. She was very sweet and thoughtful and very good at taking care of our needs, answering all our concerns and bringing everything quickly.Great lunch!!
Ordered online. Called ahead and spoke to the manager Sam I believe was his name since there was 3 different orders for different times to make them at once. He even told the cooks and said it was fine. Once my husband arrived, he called and he even told the lady that he was here to pick up the 3 orders. Then she comes outside ro curbside with only one order! Then took another 40 minutes to get the rest of the order. Not only that I had already got the drinks as an order and he was charged. It then took another 10 minutes to bring him back his card.... never been so disappointed and I will never be returning. My food was cold.
We know it's Friday and they are busy but what a mess! Short handed? We seen several servers walking around aimlessly avoiding contact with customers. I really don't know if they are trained properly or they don't communicate with each other. We finally flagged down the Manager who was very busy running food out. We let him know we were missing sides and things that should have come out before the main entrees( shrimp cocktail )He did go back and bring us what was missing. We are sorry to say that we don't think we will be back. It was so bad that customers were coming up to our server as she was taking our order to ask for silverware
