This Popeyes location is the one I frequent the most. My visit on 4-5-22 was terrible. I can live with staffing shortages, which means service and professionalism may be less, but this place was just awful! Plus, my order was wrong. It will be a while before I return; I was very disappointed in the service, especially when it was a predominantly black crew...I expected more, but got a lot less.
The guest service. It’s ghetto loud and the cashier cuss over the intercom.
Couldn't get a better piece of Chicken unless You were a Rooster.Best bird around hot juicy crispy delicious.And the apple pies rolled in cinnamon sugar are really good .
I do not visit Popeye's often. Store had drive- through issues with speakers. They compensated well by employees coming out and using radio to order. Food good. Not worth fighting over though. Decent service.
Being hungry for some chicken I went to the Popeyes on 6th( Hwy 17). A few disappointments, out of spicy dark and after getting 2/2 piece combos I realized they had a better offer for a few pennies more. Suggestion make sure you check on all the specials before purchasing. Food was good.
I just wanna say Cachet the manager is awesome ?? I love the way her store was clean and the chicken was fresh along with the sides. Me and my sister enjoyed it. Thanks Popeyes!!
The food was hot and fresh. They were really busy so there was a little wait for my order, but hands down this is the best Popeye's, A LOT better than the one in Auburndale.
Completely unprofessional and not organized. I was picking up for delivery and was told a couple minutes they were waiting on tenders. So I patiently waited while listening to the employees arguing with each other. 2 lady did speak up from the back and say something but it didn't change. While waiting I saw 2 different baskets of tenders come up and the all were going to the drive thru 10 minutes later I asked about my order and they said they couldn't make because there were people in line. Another 5 minutes past with a new batch of tenders in the window and they were still working on other orders and not mine. I eventually left without the order after 20 minutes. So if you order delivery remember your order is Not important to them.
Used to love Popeyes. Now they never seem to have anyone that knows anything about chicken or they just don't care, because they never seem to get what I order. Might as well forget the order process. Just drive up to the window and give you whatever they feel like, because thats what seems to happen
They should really change the name to ghetto fabulous because WOW!!! EVERY Popeyes is ghetto, especially at night. Ioneem eat chicken no mo. #Done
