Fix clitches......I ordered pizza to be delivered however somewhere along the line it ended up be put in as pick up order at 731pm called bout 815 to have it delivered wasn't told bout any price change called at 9pm was told bout another 20mins get call from driver bout 930-945 he was at lemon ave in winter haven not dundee they had given him wrong address bout or little after finally get pizza keep in mind I have 5 children that are hungry and falling asleep the food was cold but couldn't wait any longer then I get notification that they added more money to my card which I wasn't advised of out my card in negative caused something else not to get paid and locked my card up
Been craving pizza for several days...so who do you think of first? Pizza Hut of course, but as soon as I walked into this location, I knew I had made a mistake!It smelled dirty or old or something not right. Then a nice lady had to holler "welcome" from a different area because 2 employees who completely ignored me were working on a computer or something in her path to the front where I came in.Then I took their pizza home for my Dad and I and it was awful!!! I paid for extra cheese - there was barely any cheese on the whole pizza. It was WAY overcooked (almost burned).Almost no pizza sauce, sausage tasted old (even my dog wouldn't eat the sausage). It had lots of green peppers and mushrooms, but only a few onions. Taste overall was just "yuck"! One bite and I was done!The location was right next to Orchid Springs, a very rich community, so I was surprised they would put up with such poor quality from a local restaurant.
Please don’t do it to yourself I tried it twice Recently first time was a Carryout meat lover where the lady inside praised how good the pizza was and how she still got it. Opened the box and not only did it not look impressive it made me sick and tasted old. And just last night I tried to give them another chance and ordered wings and cheese sticks. And I get old cheese sticks not even hot and one looked like it was bit off and the wings were boneless and I ordered traditional. Please guys I know they are going through renovations right now but maybe y’all should visit them once these changes are complete. Because right now it’s just bad
Our pizza arrived hot an early however I just got a stuffed crust cheese pizza an there was hardly any cheese on the pizza it was like only pizza sauce an it was not even cooked fully crust was very under cooked my family ate one piece an wanted no more
The pizza was great and the delivery was quick and efficient. The driver even called to verify our hotel and set up a pick up location.
The team at this particular location are ALWAYS friendly, fast and accurate. (even though we picked the order up this time, the previous statement applies to the delivery drivers as well!)

Was a positive experience, tried to order online for pickup, had issues of it going through, gave them a call n they fixed it immediately. Got there pizza was ready when they said it would be. Ran smoothly. Very helpful n nice. Pizza was great ?. They are going through renovation so I'm sure it place will look nice when there done.
Sometimes pizza is hot, sometimes cold. Twice now some of my order was not delivered. Last night they forgot to bring my breadsticks. The driver stated he would go back and have them make some. 1.5 hrs. later nothing so I called and was offered a $10 coupon for next order. So much for eating dinner that night.
I dont even live far from the store and i waited TWO HOURS to receive my pizza (not the mention it was cold) and even ordered it with bread sticks and a 2 liter soda that didn’t even come with the pizzas. I had to call TWICE to get my refund back.
