Ordered online a “EPIC pepperoni stuff crust pizza as shown on picture (loaded with pepperoni on top) for $13.99. Drove 25 minutes to pickup, verified order 3x at checkout, and got home to discover no pepperoni on top, just in crust. Call Papa John’s and was told I have to ask for pepperoni on top. WTH, they are advertising, displaying, and misleading customers for a pizza they sell that looks nothing like the pic. Next time I’ll order from Pizza Hut, no false advertising there. Very frustrated?.
Couldn't get app.on line take my order. Called location. Staff member would not let us use promo code, had be online. Also sent me free coupon for papadilla. Said I couldn't use it with pizza. Then why you send me. Was rude, difficulty communicatingWont use papa John againSo frustrated we said forget it.

I just had to cancel my order . I placed my order on the app at 5:40 to be delivered at 645 - no tracking info was sent . I called at 655 and they said it would be At least another hour for delivery because they were short staffed and that it may take longer. . The girl I spoke with was rude and acted as if she didn’t care All we could do was void the order/ come get it or wait until they had a driver available . The lack of communication from papa johns was upsetting . I really wonder how they prioritize there delivery’s . This isn’t the first time I have had an issue with papa johns.
Ordered a pizza and breadsticks at 6:30pm that said 45 minutes delivery then 2 hours later it was delivered cold and still doughy (undercooked)….. no one rang the bell, called, or knocked only way I knew my pizza arrived was by the app! Will never eat here again!!
HORRIBLE DELIVERY!!! Never arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes. Every excuse in the book. Blame it on no drivers. Then hire more drivers. And guess what.....the Superbowl is coming. Do not order delivery.

Really I wouldn't even give it a star but I guess you have to one of my dear friends was walking around like Albert Wednesday night and a Papa John's delivery driver almost hit him didn't even stop we went to Papa John's and the lady at the counter laughed at him what if it was a kid what if he wouldn't hit him what then by the way happy holidays
when I ordered Pizza Online Last night. The Pizza was hot. but a few of the toppings were not on the Pizza... when I order from you all, before the order would be right... However the order I placed online was not correct and I was very dissappointed this is why I gave 3 Stars.. Yall would have had a 5 star Rating if there wasn't any screw ups. I paid cash and did not get a receipt and There should have been a receipt offered to me, there wasnt one offered. The Price on your Pizza are out rages ... it will be a long time before I order another Pizza from your store.
It's papa johns... If you like their pizza, you'll like this particular restaurants.
