Bitter coffee . Cookie made me sick. Bathrooms were very wet inside . Somewhat clean dining area. Convenient location and the kiosks are convenient when usable . Always busy and a lot of crowds inside . Very confused about how y'all are keeping buisness with how cluttered your place is . So many orders being taken it seems like y'all are messing up something .
In the past few months I’ve been disappointed with the customer service at this location. I have gone through the drive through and asked to park being told they will bring the food to my car. The food never came, I went inside to find me food sitting on the counter. Tonight I ordered curbside. Waited a while after updating the app that I had arrived and seeing the app note my food would be brought out. Again I walked into the store to find my food sitting on the counter. No one addresses you as you walk into the store.
Went through the drive through 3/15/22 cashier with nose ring hand one glove on her right hand and took cash from the car ahead of me and using the same glove stuck her hand down in my bag with bagels in it. I parked went inside and told them he manager and asked for 2 more bagels, explained what the cashier had did … manager (blonde haired female) never apologized, she removed her gloves, told the cashier why I brought back the bagels and asked another young lady to hand me my two bagels, the manger didn’t even hand them back to me… I’m very disappointed and will not spend my money here ever again

My daughter selected Panera bread for her birthday dinner location. When we arrived we were informed that there would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting for 30 minutes our buzzer went off. We were then told at that time that they didn't have any bread bowls or bread to dip into the soup. 4 out of 5 of our orders were for bread bowls. We cancelled the order and went elsewhere.The line cook who advised that they were unable to fill our order did not attempt to convey empathy or apologize for making us wait 30 minutes before telling us they didn't have the ability to fill 4 out of 5 of our orders. The manager who issued the refund didn't speak to us or apologize for the inconvenience or acknowledge us in any way. I understand that sometimes you run out of stuff and that can't be helped, but the customer service you provide patrons of your restaurant is always within your control and they didn't even try.
Hadn't been to paneras for along time. Ordered a Greek Salad and flatbread pizza. Both were very good and I will probably go back.
