Absolutely ? garbage service didn't get to judge the food because the cashier who should have not have any business behind the counter first let people skip ahead of me and then she realizes she gave my food away so I already waited 10 mins for food that was given away and when they try to make it right they tried to give me mostly onions and peppers and veggies from the dishes as they were almost gone when I got there and I would have to wait for more. Just don't go here everyone needs to be fired or retrained they have a almost 70 year old man manning the wok station and he looks like he can Barely hold it.
We just ordered take out/Uber eats, and this was the worst Chinese food I have had in years. It wasn't cheap, t the portions were the smallest I have ever seen, I didn't know they made boxes that small. The food was just awful! It tasted like it was cooked in a kitchen that hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. And then there was the bathroom issue. It made me so sick that I could hardly make it to the toilet. Don't waste your money.
They gave me pink chicken I wish I had taken a picture to show you all how pink and disgusting the inside of this honey sesame chicken that I ordered looked like. I ate a couple pieces before I even noticed it wasn’t even cooked all the way. What a shame, I had this two days ago no complaints and everything was great that is the only reason they get 2 stars. I came back today excited after having a good experience my first time there and played it safe & got the same thing. I went back and had already taken out my food from the bag and left the receipt when i went to bring back the food. The cashier was so confused and kept going back and forth to i guess the manager who was making the food ? Anyways, she only offered me some new chicken or a free entree next time I go in. All I wanted was a refund & It’s pouring rain outside after having to run in the restaurant two times they wanted me to walk back to my job to get the physical copy of the receipt ( I had a picture from my coworker ) . I feel like it was inconvenient for me to even have to run back during the storm when they can probably search the receipt up on the computer when I was there less than 10 minutes ago. I ended up leaving with new rice & a free entree next time but I wont be back. I feel like if a customer is given pink chicken it should be handled in a better manner & a refund shouldn’t be that hard.
Not sure if they’re using a different brand of chicken or what but the teriyaki chicken I had today was absolutely horrendous. Each bite was stringy and fatty and also had a odd smell/taste. That’s definitely not the teriyaki chicken I’m used to having from panda.
I recently went to this Panda Express to order food for me and my family. I was greeted by a guy name Chris who gave great customer service. Food was also delicious shout-out the cooks who made our food and for the workers keeping the area clean.
Winter Haven location has not improved. Drive thru service needs to lose the attitude and cooks need to understand that the food they are servicing must be edible and not burnt chicken pieces. This is my 2nd visit for takeout dinner since location opened and the food quality is still awful. After my work shift I'm just looking to eat a nice edible meal for the price you are charging. Definitely sticking with the local Chinese Restaurants instead.
I've been going here for about 6 months on and off. Every time you go here one of two things will happen to you.1. Each of the 10 emplyees will just walk around and stare at you for a few seconds and then keep walking till your waiting in line for 10min. or2. You'll get some overcooked garbage food I would say this happens half of the time.Today I got bothI'm DONEAlso fix the soda machine its not that hard, EVERY time I go there there's something wrong. Either the lids are out in my drink size or the carbonation is out.
Best panda express around I've been too . I've been to ones in Tampa lakeland and other states but this one is the best one here. I've even got a stuffed panda with a cookie. Lo mein and orange chicken with lemonade is my usual order. My panda was $5 and its so cute. I've dealt with too many onions I'm my noodles before but not here . inside the store it is hot,Very hot.

Panda Express located on cypress gardens boulevard next to Walmart. They were out of chicken teriyaki due to shortages. I had the Beijing beef with steamed white rice. For the price I would recommend Chinese takeout from a Chinese restaurant instead but that said the food was good. Worth a visit if you are looking for drive up fast food and don’t want a hamburger.
