What is with the McDonald's on Cypress Garden Blvd? I went to both and both of them were closed. The hours online say they close at 12am, but tonight they both closed before 11pm? I went to the other one first, so I came to this one hoping they would be open. Nope! The lady said sorry were closed!! Please explain to me why both are closed before 11? Staff clearly are in the building, but they are just standing around waiting on midnight. Smh ridiculous. Change the hours online if you want to close early!!
Not this location in particular, but all McDonald's in general. This fast food chain has gotten so expensive that honestly it's not even worth it. Not to mention all the hassle you go thru. Spirit Lake and winter park Rd McDonald's 9 out of 10 times their they have no ice cream or the ice cream machine is broken. It never fails. McDonald's in Bartow hwy 98, it takes for ever to get your order. It's even worse if you go thru the drive thru. I went from $24 for my 4 kids and wife to $45 same kids and wife only 2 years older. NO THANKS MCDONALD'S, YOUR FOOD IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE OR THE HASSLE.
My daughter and I picked up McDonald's on April 24th at 8:25pm. The whole drive-thru process, including getting our food probably took about 35-40 minutes. The dining area was closed so drive-thru was the only option. I wish I would have went somewhere else. Even after the long wait, the food was absolutely disgusting. Not only was everything cold, but our fries tasted like they had been cooked that morning. On top of that they didn't give us one of the milkshakes that we ordered. I told the employee that brought our food out to us about the milkshake, she told me she would let whoever know. Waited longer, but nobody came out with it so we left. Thanks for reminding why I previously stopped using this location.
Whoever did that hiring at this location did a great job the people are friendly upbeat and you enjoy the experience while you're there. It may be fast food but as fast food with a smile at this location.
Went through the double drive thru they have today and was asked to wait while 6 cars on the other lane ordered and went through ahead of me. When I said “hello” for the second time, the girl on the other end yelled “just one moment ma’am!” Like I was the one being rude after already waiting for 10 mins… when I asked if she could at least tell me how long I’m going to have to wait she stopped and asked “ok what can I get for you” at this point, I didn’t trust that she wouldn’t spit in my food so I said nevermind and drove to another McDonald’s. That was crazy.
We visit this McDonald's once a week for a quick breakfast on the way to daycare. It doesn't matter how long the drive thru line is, it always moves pretty steady.
This McDonalds is constantly a disappointment... && Most of the staff is rude. When I stated to an employee how rude the person who took my order was... the manager was standing behind him just shaking their head... so clearly it starts at the management not caring At All about customer service and it trickles down to their awful staff. I only stop at this McDonalds for its proximity... but at this point I'm better off driving past this one to a different one just so I'm treated a little humanely. I would give it ZERO stars if I could....
Ordered a happy meal 4 pc nuggets for my son and a 10 pc meal for myself and they gave him pickles instead of chicken..... Like come on really? He thought it was funny and I had already gone a ways away so didnt go back. I just gave him some of mine and ate the pickles.

After not having any fast food for the last 2.5 years, I just had to hit a McDonald's when business took me back in range of one. The service was super fast, and my McNuggets were nice and crispy. I had gotten un-used to the massive amount of SALT in the breading, though!! Danngg!
