This McDonald’s location states that they are open 24 hours, but they are not. Employee stated that they close at 11 pm, but when we came through the drive-thru at 10:40 one night, they said they were already closed. So I’m not sure what time they actually close. They need to pick a definite time and quit changing it or closing whenever they feel like it. It would be much easier for a lot of customers who tend to eat dinner at a later time than most.
Your Drive-Thru was so slow if I could rate this experience a 0 I would. I sat their for 15 minutes waiting to even have my order taken with four other vehicles still sitting in line in front of me just waiting. I finally pulled out of line and left because it taking to long. I was extremely disappointed and mad. This happened around 7:50pm on Friday, 5/7/22.
Anytime I’ve ever visited this McDonald’s, it’s unfortunate. I’m constantly being pulled off to the side, waiting for my order to be brought out to me. The longest time Ive waited was when came through the drive through placed my order, paid & from start to finished I waited over 35 minutes. Its insane.
I ordered ahead. I felt so bad for this place. It was 10:15 PM on a Saturday nite. Dining area was closed, pick-up was not available. I have the app. One lane of 2 was opened. It was obvious, they were very short handed. The car behind us ordered 4 quarter pounders and were told they did not have any. Our 4 piece chicken was dry and tough. Fries on the happy meal were hot but hamburger meat was leathery. My mac double was dry and leathery and fries were cold. I rated this a 4 star because this was not the norm for this original McDonalds. The people were courteous, even though they were so so so short on help.
The drive through was excessively slow even after they blocked one line. The female staff in the back ground were horsing around and not supporting quicker service. We just got three versions of ice cream and they could have helped with serving it.
Food was hot, and Yummy as expected, when wanting a Big Mac. Atmosphere was delightful, Decor contemporary, Music Heavenly ✝️.ENJOY
The drive thru sucks. They always tell you to pull over. Than you wait for a long while and than your order is wrong. And these people want 15.00an hour. What ever happened to taking pride in your work no matter what you do?
Last 2 nights off work late trying to grab a quick bite, first night was told they close at 11. Tonight I was told they close at 10:30. I pulled in line at 10 and waited over 30 minutes just to reach the speaker to be told they are closed. Online states 24 hours, if the time of operation has changed update the website and hours posted on the doors and windows at the location.
Slowwwwwwwww, slowwwwww, slowwwww. Then they serve you cold food and are probably the most rude McDonalds employees I’ve ever encountered. As if you’re not paying and they’re doing you a favor. I can see that this store has no control over the conduct and behavior of it’s employees. This McDonalds will never see my business again and I strongly urge anyone who reads this to use a different restaurant if at all possible. The owner of this franchise needs to be punished for allowing that chaos to continue.
I waited 45 min to order and pay for my good and 15 min later I am still sitting at the first window waiting on my food.
