Whenever I order a Happy Meal for my grandson, it’s always a hit or miss if he gets his apple slices even though you order them on the mobile app yourself. I also noticed if you use your reward points to get a happy meal they give you a baby toy and really don’t care what you ordered and they give you the bottom of the line. My grandson has a saying for when they mess up, he says “REALLY” and he is 3 years old. Lol
Fast food restaurants are not cheap as they used to. Even though, McDonald's still been the fastest and still serving fresh and tasty ? food. Good job McDonald's. I ❤️ it!
It's only ok . The workers are dancing in the kitchen when I'm waiting for my caramel sundae. Breakfast here is good . The Orange juice isn't great though. I recommend the crispy juicy tender sandwich ??. Shamrock shakes are great as well .
If I could give a negative I would. Whomever is managing this McDonald’s either doesn’t care, or is getting ran over by their staff. There was 1 person actually doing their job and the rest of the staff was visibly playing around and not doing anything! Complete unprofessional, I would not recommend anyone wasting their time and money at this franchise.
All of the tables were dirty. The employees sounded like they were to talk and gossip. You were made to go up and get your own food with table numbers. We had a homeless man counting his bike pills ?. This not something children need to be seeing. The food wasn’t that good either.
Been waiting in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes. ?? I thought this was a fast food restaurant, outrageous. More than 13 cars in line and had people that already ordered coming out of the line.
Food is 9/10 cold then if you ask for a replacement they have an attitude. Their workers will alter your online orders and take off your coupons off so you pay more when you get to the window to pick up your order.
I used to actually enjoy this place but unfortunately it has gone downhill… it’s definitely a hit or miss now. Between wrong orders, unfriendly staff and simply bad timing on drive. It’s just… meh.
This is the slowest place I've ever been. The food is always cold. And usually a guy is panhandling at the end of the drive through.
Rude employees. Went through drive thru and lady taking my order was very rude and short. It is not my fault that people call in or they don’t hire enough people. You can still be nice and if you can not be then get out of customer service.
