I hurried inside and stood at the counter trying to make eye contact with all the employees so that they could see I was ready to order with cash in hand. There was no line but after standing at the counter for about 3 minutes watching employees walk pass the cash register in fount of me as if it was broke or something I decided to use the self check out. Thankfully they didn't hesitate to grab a cup and hand it to me. I filled my drink and felt as if I should of got a discount for doing half the services for it.
Other than the Do-it-yourself Ordering station not printing receipt with Order # that they announce the food was all there, and they were just entering into the 520pm Start of Dinner Rush.They had tons of staff, and from a Managerial perspective, they DID A GREAT JOB! Ordered a vanilla cone chocolate Milkshake and an Oreo Mc flurry. Mc flurry was half filled, chocolate milkshake was watery and they forgot my vanilla cone. The new chick at the register said I’ll get it with an attitude and proceeded to give me this see photo below. Was in a rush and had already been waiting in line for 20 minutes already so I just grabbed it and left on believable service I’ve never seen her working at this location before get it together new chick.
Been here several times now and each time has been fast and accurate service. Each time my food has been fresh and done exactly like I asked for it to be ordered. Staff is polite and helpful. They seem to always be super busy when I'm in the area, but the service time and accuracy doesn't take a hit from both drive thru and curbside pickup.
This place is soooo annoying. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone there and they’ve been closed. It’s really upsetting when it comes to late night pregnancy cravings. They need to change their times online. It will say open until 12 and they’ll be closed at 10:30!!! A full hour and a half earlier. Staff will be inside but they just decide to close early ??? I don’t know. Same with breakfast times. They’ll open late and everything. I wish I could give them zero stars because it’s hard to rate food when you’re never able to get it!!
This is one of the worst McDonald's days. food was cold NOT fresh at all... took a while to get my order. Was not satisfied at all. We also got a happy meal and my child was not happy if your advertising sonic toys...kids expect the toy that is being advertised.
McDonalds is no longer fast food. Not sure when or how it happened but 15 to as much as 25 minute waits on the average. Let’s not forget there’s a 50/50 chance you’re order will be incorrect. A much much higher chance you’ll receive some food just warm. If you pay attention there’s a good chance you’ll receive food with hair or eyelash in your food from one of these restaurants. We don’t get to see those regular health department reports in the news anymore. There are a lot of restaurants in Polk County that are repeat offenders. Look it up.
Love this location. The employees are really friendly. You get your food quickly and it is always delicious and delivered with a smile.
This McDonalds is always closed early. Phone is off the hook when you try to call. I know I have been there at least 3 times in the last 2 months and they were closed before 10pm. Why is that?
Old, faded, in need of a good pressure wash and facelift. Totally not worth the one day entry fees for myself and two others I footed the bill for.
