Excellent hospitality. Good food with great alcohol choices.. overall awesome place to eat.
Love the tossed salad bowl at the table. Fresh ingredients and it's good enough to take home for leftovers! I had the small prime rib. Was cooked perfectly. Thought the horseradish sauce was a bit mild, but I like spicy so some may disagree. Prices are fair, not going to break your bank. Good eats!
I’m not sure what has happened with Manny’s. I used to love the place. The last 3 times have been poor experiences. Last two I ordered Prine Rib and they were terrible cuts and lacked flavor. Today I figured I’d give them another opportunity. So I’m seated and wait 12 minutes with zero contact from server. I will not be returning.
Went on 2 for 1 Frajita night. Ordered appetizer of fried mushrooms. The breading was light and crunchy. Served with a horseradish sause. Good thing it was the only flavor. No salt pepper or even garlic bland. One person ordered steak the other chicken. Both came out with only onions no peppers. No seasoning on either protein just plain grilled steak and chicken. Served with cold tortillas. Blame food is just not my thing
There were 9 of us out for my 50th birthday dinner. A friend gave the waitress a hard time about his drink not being on happy hour which I was embarrassed about him doing. But the rest of us were being nice and ignoring his behavior after all we were there to enjoy ourselves and have a nice dinner for my birthday. But the waitress put blue cheese in our first bowl of salad and I was like I don't like blue cheese I'm sorry. Well then I asked does it have red onion I'm sorry but I hate red onions and she ROLLED her eyes at me!! I found that to be completely Unprofessional and rude to roll your eyes at me because I said I don't like red onion in my salad. We had a large party spent alot of money and even gave her a huge $80 tip. I'm not sure she deserved it for being rude to me the birthday girl the whole reason we were there making her money. But I gave the tip because we felt bad our friend gave her a hard time about his damn drink. But she really wasn't that good of a waitress we've had better. But since Covid it's been difficult to get great service. I use to l9ve Mannys but on a big occasion they should probably put a more experienced waitress on a bigger party.
To me this place has all 5 things needed to be a 5 star restaurant.1. Location - right off hw272. Presentation - places looks different from every other steakhouse.3. Great staff! Everyone took care of us very good (Shout to Dave and Kevin that’s the manager!)4. Great Food! Everything we ordered, we devoured it… even the salad!!!! ??5. Great price! We recently went to a place down by the “mouse” and spent 3 times the amount for WAY less taste and service! I’m certainly happy with the prices!!A Family friendly restaurant you don’t want to miss!P.S. be careful with the bread, those will be the hardest calories to shed ?
My girlfriends and I went to Manny's to relax and have a good time. We had a server by the name of Mattie. She was not friendly and was actually rude to use when we informed her the dishes on our table she served us salad in wasn't clean and asked if she would please replace it. Needless to say she basically threw the bowl on the table and kept going to the next table. Poor customer service with Mattie. The manager did come to the table and replaced her with Chris. He was great took our order, smiled the entire time he served us. His interaction with us was great. The food was great and the evening was great once we got Chris. Wonderful place to eat.
The food is great. The waitress Dawn could be a little more friendly. She did check on us but she would just drop off items and walk away. Hopefully, she will have a better day tomorrow.
I am visiting from out of state. I had to go visit this restaurant based upon the hype of how good the food tasted from friends. This place was busy! The portions were generous. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive to each table and customer. We had a party of 10. I didn't like where we were seated. It was a chair-table-cushioned bench combo in the back. I sat on the cushioned bench and felt like I sunk to the ground. I needed a booster seat so my shoulders could be higher than the table. That was my only complaint.The food was delivered hot and tasty! You will need to pace yourself eating the rolls and cinnamon butter.I would definitely visit again?
Always a great experience and our server Matty was great! She was quick, checked on us, friendly, she was busy with a large group and was still able to be attentive to her other tables!
