Seated promptly. Ordered within the first five minutes of being seated. Food came hot and fresh. Great prices and portions. I enjoy this Longhorn layout even though it seems a bit smaller than the 192 or Orlando. This one seems to be more modern or at least looks more classy than some Longhorn. Bathroom was clean. The steak with shrimp, rice, broccoli and potatoes was a great choice for what I was craving. Thank you Lauren C. for being an awesome server.
Hi, Had a wonderful dinner at the Winter Haven Fl Longhorn with friends. Everyone enjoyed their meal. My T-bone was cooked to perfection (Rare) and was juicy and flavorful. My wife had Flo's Filet and loved it. Our server, young man named Chris was the best. In true waiter form, he was there when we needed him and gone when we didn't. Very attentive to our likes and was very knowledgeable of the menu. Promote this guy ! Obviously the manager of this restaurant knows what he/she is doing. Fast Service, our server Nicole was great, friendly always checking on us. Food was good my steak had lots of grissel and strings I wasn't going to complain but my niece did brought me another which was very good had to bring some home was stuffed. The Manger on duty was super made sure everything was going well she was a working person great personality ? ? I give this ****+ Thanks Lois
The food was great. The waiter, the staff, was very friendly. They greeted us going in and out. Waitress often checked in. Quick service on a busy Saturday night. The cupcake wine for 10.99 is a good choice to drink !
Tonight I went to celebrate my birthday with my wife at this restaurant in the city where I moved two years ago. The food was very good, despite being so slow, the waitress had to apologize for the patience we had when we saw her serving other people who arrived after us.My wife told the waitress that it was my birthday that they should sing congratulations to me as they always do, even they had already sung it to several tables, she told her that they would, BUT BUT they sang at 4 tables around us and at 20 Minutes after we had finished the dessert, she told us that they were very busy and that they couldn't sing us Happy Birthday. I felt discriminated against and coincidentally we were one of the few Hispanics there.At that time, she brought the Bill a little in a hurry to collect and my wife told her that she needed to check it, we realized that they had given us a Texas Tea that we had not consumed, when my wife had not told her even with the bill in her hand to talk to her she told us "right now I'll take away the extra drink" did she already know without us telling her?.In short, our night ended with a bitter taste about the service and my disappointed wife.I hope for the next time they try to earn the tip better. I have worked in marketing for many years for restaurant chains in South Beach and I have never seen anything like it. I thought Winter Haven had more friendliness.
Top notch, best steak we have had in 6 months. Lobster was delicious, so much better than Red Lobster. The kids devoured the Mac and cheese. Staff was super friendly, highly recommend.

I have always loved LongHorn but today my son took me as a Christmas gift and he ordered me the ribeye which I love. It was the worst steak I have ever had. Burnt and tough but I didn't say anything cause my son thought he was giving me a great dinner. Very disappointed in Winter Haven LongHorn.
Longhorn Steakhouse is the place to go for all your carnal desires. Even the pork chops were as excellent as their friendly and courteous staff. We're looking forward to our next meatstraviganza at Longhorn Steakhouse!!
