Twice I have gone through the drive thru after 7 and it sucks. People are also rude and short with customers thru the drive thru.Got my order wrong twice already. Called to let them know and they hung up on me.So I advise you to check your food before leaving parking lot. Whether u order in or out.Who ever owns this spot needs to get on the staff. I will try Popeyes next time.
It really was finger lickin good , but there wasn't enough grease hahaha. I love kfc but this one was probably the BEST ONE I've been too . It's sad great the biscuit was very light airy and fluffy. The chicken minis were good . They had mayonnaise on them but I loved it (Don't like mayonnaise) the tables and chairs looked clean and had no crumb's. The tea they have is the same from the golden corral but this one tasted worse than them. All In all a great place for lunch .Good gravy was it great !
Chicken undercooked, tough and rubbery. Fries are cold and soggy. Chicken is suppose break with ease What a nice pick up order. ?
2 p dinner. Chicken was not done, fries were cold/hard, biscuit- the same. The tea was water down. The drive thru person, was...no manners! No smile,This seems to b my experience with the evening shift!!! I have NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE DURING THE DAY SHIFT;IE, B4 3PM!!! I HAVE made myself a note that if I want KFC, after 3p, go to Haines City!!!
I came here Last night and whoever was taking my order was very rude. We asked if they take apple pay and she said a very obnoxiously irritated and condescending, “yes?” we asked her if they have lemonade and again she let out an annoyed “yes?” I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any more questions or for any substitutions. The food was alright but the order taker definitely could have been a lot nicer especially since we were just asking some questions.
I pulled up in the drive thru. Ordered a 12 piece tender dinner. They said 6 minutes. I sat out front for over 20 minutes before getting my food. It was hot and what i ordered so there is that to consider in the extended wait. This is why they only get 3 stars
Always loved the $5 chicken tender box. Yesterday I decided on takeout dinner and realized $5 tender was no longer available. The 3 pc tender is now $6.49. Had no other choose when you're starving after work and already spent time waited at the drive thru line. Got my drink, tender box and drove home to enjoy dinner. Found no biscuit or cookie in my meal. I should've check first but after a long day at work all I had on my mind is get takeout and get the hell home. Not returning to this location.
I have gone to this restaurant on multiple occasions and the service has been poor on more than a handful of times, which honestly has caused me to go to further restaurants instead of this particular one. Most recently I went inside of a restaurant and ordered a meal and while the cashier was pleasant another person told her that they did not have enough chicken to fulfill my order and that if I wanted it I would have to wait 30 minutes for my food. I opted to wait because I have a family to feed and didn't have time to drive to auburndale to the next nearest restaurant. Not only did that interaction leave me with the impression that as a customer I was an inconvenience to the staff but also that I was not valued. To add insult to Injury, when I got home my order was missing items. It's truly unfortunate that the staff at this restaurant is making customers feel this way but I also feel like writing this is in vein because nothing is going to change. I will unfortunately have to stop going there and look for other food options in the area.
The 2 big box chicken dinners that I ordered were horrible. It was soggy with grease, and no effort was put into it. Plus they didn't put the extra chicken that I asked for and paid for in box. I made sure I looked before Ileft. They have NO CLUE on what toDo. The employees need training.I won't be back its disgusting
Could do better with customers and stop yelling at us for your lack of receipt control and it's your fault people don't have a receipt with their take out order.Do your job the right way
