Best subs around. Come here often and usually great service, but last time there the behind counter help were 3 younger women and one especially was extremely rude. The place was dirty with trash running all over the floor. We left our trash on the table because no way was I sticking my hands in to push trash down and if I put it on top it would have just fallen on floor any way. With 3 workers there, no reason to not empty trash. When we entered we were only customer. Also tables were in need of a good wipe down.
I eat at the location on N.98 in Lakeland , Fl. Almost every day Gen.Mgr. Ty, Dillon , Ian, Vikie,Tabitha, and the rest of the crew are all great people to have working there.They pay attention to your every need.i spent alot of my life workig fast food.Until Jersey Mike's came around eating out was boring.So do yourself a flavor , go tomorrow , you won't forget it.
Jersey Mike's subs are my favorite here in Florida as well as my summer residence in Massachusetts. I have been to the Winter Haven shop a dozen times. Today was the exact opposite of what I've experienced in the past. From the time I ordered until my wife and I left it was a jaw dropping experience. I Orderd a Philly cheesesteak. I was told they didn't have any green peppers. There is a Publix supermarket at the other end of plaza. Take a walk and buy some. The eating area was a mess. Floor had crumbs and food everywhere. Trashcan was overflowing and filthy. The side of the soda machine had stains running up and down. Chairs and tables were not very clean. Not sure I would return. If I do, I will inspect it thoroughly!!!

Not a good experience not the best sandwich . too many people. I prefer fire house sub's subway and others too this .save the money with something better and cheaper .least favorite philly steak I've ever had.
I ordered a #13 without cheese since I am allergic to cheese.After consuming 1/2 of the sandwich I checked the sub and found cheese.Now I am having an allergic reaction.My advice to all who are allergic- check your sandwich . Do not trustthe sandwich makers.
Everytime I walk into Jersey Mikes, something is wrong, looks gross, or a person is rude. All 3 things happened to me recently. Then I tried to give it another chance and it wasn't much better.The first night, a gentleman was helping my boyfriend and I with our sandwiches. Not sure if he was new but there were a pile of sandwiches to complete plus ours. I guess it was online orders. He sat there watching the other person do all the work and when he did work he was very slow. The other person even got on to him about working. He just made a side comment and continued working at snail pace. We waited over 10 minutes for a cold sandwich and no one in line but us.The lettuce looked horrible and so brown, tomatos looked mushy and discolored, and the counter had so much food on it from other sandwiches. The bacon was black and didn't look appetizing.The second time we went, the gentleman with the beard made our sandwiches. He was not very friendly and was short with us. The tomatoes still looked disgusting and the lettuce was still brown but not as much.I used the restroom and it definitely doesn't get checked regularly. The toilet paper was out too in both restrooms which I had to go tell the not-so-friendly employee that there was no toilet paper.This place needs better leadership. I tried to give it a second chance and still didn't satisfy. Ill take my money somewhere else to get a better sandwich. Unless you want food poisoning, I would do the same.
I had a gluten free sub and I appreciated the care of cleaning and using separate utensils that the server used. However, there were 4 people there and no other customers, plus it was 2:30, so there had been plenty of time to clean up the tables, sweep the floors and take out the overflowing trash. The bathrooms also needed cleaning. My daughter used to manage a Jimmy John's, and no matter when you came in, the store was always immaculate. So I know it can be done at a similar sub shop.
I ordered a giant Philly cheese steak with extra meat today 12/22/21 for pickup along with another sandwich for my wife online. I checked I did not want peppers or onions just meat and cheese. I get home and noticed they put everything on my sandwich and loaded it up with the onions and peppers. Sandwich was completely wasted and unfortunately store was closed so couldn't call and get it fixed. Very unsatisfied that a simple meat and cheese sandwich was to difficult to get right. Will not ever use online ordering with this establishment again. Very unsatisfied.
