First time at this restaurant. Saturday night about 6:00. No one is in the place. We ordered drinks. The waitress had to ask me twice what beer I wanted. The food was ok, we didn't get the coleslaw which came with our meal and we asked about it we were told they were out and weren't offered any replacement. After our meal was delivered the waitress never came to see if we needed or wanted anything else. No one was still in the place when we left.We always leave a good tip but not this time.I don't know how this place is still open.
Ok, if I could give lower than a 1 I would. First of all, everytime we try to go back, the sign says open but the door is always locked. We thought we lucked up tonight and one door was unlocked. Little did we know.... we ordered and an hour later I went to the bar where 6 people sat, the only other people besides the two of us in the entire restaurant, and complained that we had not even gotten our appetizer. Only to be told that there was only one person in the back and they were sorry. It took another 15 minutes to get the dozen raw oysters. The oysters ended up being the only thing edible after all. . Both of us ordered the blackened grouper. . That was a joke.. we smelled it before she set it on the table,, not even edible.. the green beans,, which was the only side that was available at 6pm because they were out of all the others,, was evidently cooked with the same fish that stunk up the grouper along with the bacon and onion that was mixed in it.. this place is evidently a front for something because they are definitely NOT A RESTAURANT! Nothing was offered even though nothing was eaten off of my plate. The waitress acted like she had just crawed out of the womb and had never even been out in public much less waited tables. We had to ask foe utensils and had to get up and get our own napkins.im usually not this harsh but this us just ridiculous!!! My husband actually ate his and said it was one of the worst meals he had ever eaten in his life but he was hungry and would have probably eaten a dead cow on the side of the road. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO BE LEFT ALONW AND IGNORED AND NOT EAT ANYTHING.
The food was pretty good, don't get me wrong. The experience was a little strange after walking in and being the only ones there. It was a Friday night in a pub type place. As soon as we sat down I knew the menu that's posted on here is not accurate, it's much smaller. We really wanted to try the gator bites and a few other things we were excited about. We'd been driving all days with kids so we were going to just push through. Our server was really nice, and we could tell he was doing his best. I completely understand the storages at the grocery stores/ suppliers, but they were out of multiple simple things (tomato, egg, ect) our kitchen runs to the store for. I can understand not having an actual bartender at the bar with the staffing shortages and needing to Google a whiskey sour. It just really came across like they were going out of business or something odd. I still gave 3 stars because the food was good, and it's wasn't bad service.
Okay, I don't normally leave reviews on anywhere and I don't normally complain about much, but I feel management should understand these concerns.My wife and I went to this restaurant on 04/07/2022 to participate in the karaoke. We were greeted right away, which was a good start and our orders were taken. My wife's water had an ant inside one of the ice cubes, completely turned us off from ordering anything that's not sealed.Secondly the waiter wasn't very attentive. Normally servers check on their tables every few minutes to make sure we didn't need anything or that we were good. Nada, we had to get his attention everytime.We were the only customers for a while so I understand it's slow, but staff were just texting on their phones, eating, hanging out and I was honestly there to drink and hang out with our group, but I was rarely if ever asked if I wanted another drink.I also always tip, everywhere I go I give 15 to 20% regardless of service. This is the first time in my entire life that I did not tip, the service was that bad and I'm really sorry. I paid nearly exact change and despite the fact I was going to let the server keep the 20 cents more that I paid anyway, I wasnt even offered change. Not a big deal, but its just the principle of it.Tldr; staff do not care, place has a pest problem, bathrooms smell like death, service was really bad and inattentive. Unless management makes HUGE changes, I wouldn't recommend.

My wife and I were at the shopping plaza for another business and decided to give this restaurant a try. We were very hesitant at first because we walked in 7:00 p.m. and the place was completely empty. We decided to stay and give the business a chance. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was very good for a reasonable price. We asked the staff about the empty restaurant and found out that on Saturdays they most of their money as bar/club from 10 pm to 2 am. It was nice to have a meal in a restaurant that wasn't crowded or overwhelmingly loud. We will definitely go back when we are in the area.
It's so hot, it's hard to eat when you are sweating. Drinks were not good. Pina colada not blended enough, couldn't drink through the straw due to ice. Food was good, service was slow. Disappointing.
