Is my 2nd time I visit this place and the service is very good and the staff is always friendly and nice , respectful. The food is great. The restaurant is very clean and organize. ?
Food was very good! Our waitress was very good, this was our first time there, with such a good menu it was hard to choose. I'm sure we will be back. I think you will enjoy this place.
This is a unique establishment. The food quality was surprisingly good and the waitress was very attentive to our needs. The music was a little too loud as was the beeping from the kitchen. Overall, it was a good visit and I might have another meal her.
Ordered some wings, fries and a drink here for lunch.Did not receive my drink first off. When I got my wings they were sitting in a plate of pure grease! The fries were cold and soggy like they had been just microwaved for a few seconds. Staff didn't seem to care about this issue. So much for quality. Would not recommend.
STAY AWAY!!!!PSA: I have to give a zero because giving no starts is not an option….Today was my husband and I decided we would go out for dinner and decided to go to Hurricanes because we wanted wings and have been to this restaurant chain before. So my husband and I along with our 4 boys show up to this location at 8:15pm. When we approach the door there’s a piece of paper that states they close at 9:00pm. We decide to just go in as we were already there. I walk in first with 3 of the boys then my husband follows with our baby in the stroller and we stood there a few minutes before we were acknowledged which was off because we were standing directly in front by the podium. Finally a young man looks up and says “Oh we are closed” my husband and I exchange looks and we were in shock that we weren’t even greeted just told “We are closed” after just seeing a sign that says 9:00pm. I felt so embarrassed as my youngest son then looks at me and says “Mommy why are we leaving are we not eating?” I was so upset that I just took my kids back to our vehicle and told them we were going elsewhere. As we are pulling away my husband immediately called the location to ask if they were closed and they stated they closed at 9:00PM!!!!! So my husband proceeds to ask so then why were we just turned away?! He asks to speak to the Manager Lisa who apologized that we were given misinformation but that they closed at 9:00 and last customers stop at 8:45 so no one should’ve told us that! We shared our experience with her and she apologized and said that If we wanted we could go back. By then we had already left and they way we were feeling we did not want to go back! We are very unhappy, disappointed and disgusted with how we were treated. At this point I’m not sure if it was the fact that it was 6 of us and they were understaffed but I would’ve respected a direct response instead of “we’re closed” OR if it was because of our ethnicity. While we stood there waiting a waitress came out from the back to say goodbye to her friends and completely ignored that fact we were just standing there. As if our embarrassment wasn’t enough there was a gentleman outside smoking his cigarette and saw us go to the entrance and when he saw us come back out he asked us “Did they give you guys a long wait?” I told him “No they told us it’s closed” He was in shock and was like “What??? that’s not right?!” We have contacted Corporate regarding this experience and awaiting a response.
Ordered from them on Doordash. They had no to go cups and didn't have what I ordered off the kids menu but yet charged me for it anyway without any attempt to notify me. Definitely do not recommend
Long wait at the door. Waited about 45 min to be seated for dinner but you can tell was definitely under staffed. Brian was our server and he was very tentative to myself and my wife. Food was good but the service that was provided definitely made up for that. He made sure to let us know that the food was gonna take a little but accommodated us until the food came and made sure we were 110% taken care of throughout the whole meal. He made sure that our needs and wants were taken care of along with a great sense of humor. Definitely recommend asking for him if you go there! Great guy. If your looking for good wings definitely recommend this place.
Best experience so far in Florida. We were greeted at the door by Charity who was also our server. She was friendly and the epitome of what a server should be for a sports bar and grill. She took extra care to make sure my daughter was accommodatd which usually doesn't happen in a sports bar. Hurricane margaritas were awesome, the wings were juicy and flavorful, garlic Parm fries were must try.
We visited Hurricane today for wings food and drinks. It was great . had Memphis bbq and honey mustard wing s for appetizers . We are visiting from Buffalo so wings were important to us. Had burger steak pretzel and Baja tacos too along with happy hour drinks. We had a great server Jennifer who was fun as well as very attentive. Great job Jennifer. Hope to stop and see you again!!!
We visited the restaurant last night and were a little weary because we had a waitress on her first day there. We visit the restaurant frequently. Our new waitress Natalie did a great job. The place was busy and she had tables inside and outside. She was very attentive and pleasant. The live music was an added bonus!
