Very dissatisfied with the this store ordered food at 7:06 pm and waited patiently for 2 hours before making a call to find out the driver said they called my phone which they did not and knocked on my door which isn't true either. I have ring cameras throughout my property and none of which detected anyone or anything from the time frame I ordered till making the call. I was then told they would sent it back out which at that point i said no can it be remade its been sitting out for over 2 hrs they said ok but with a bit of a attitude and another hr and half has gone by and still no pizza

I ordered a small pizza I asked for it to be cooked light I got burnt I called back to the store to let them know I even sent a picture to the delivery driver they said they would send out another pizza and they never showed up this is not the first over cooked pizza I have gotten from them the first one wasn't as bad as tonight so I didn't complain about the first one but tonight was very disappointing because I didn't get my new pizza and they are now closed I didn't even get a phone call I will never ever call this location ever again
Good pizza at great prices
I was sooooo disappointed tonight, as I had my heart set on a good pizza. I chose Hungry Howies to call my order in. I told them I wanted the large specialty pizza with code such and such. I was shortly told the code wasn’t needed. Morton then asked me what specialty pizza I wanted. I then went on to tell her a supreme. “ Oh, we don’t have that.” She rattled several off not telling me what was on them. Being that I was never there before I guess I was to guess. She was very short with me, not asking what kind of crust I wanted. I asked for the manager and waited and waited. I finally got the pizza and once again asked for the manager. As she got off the phone she told me she was the manager. I went on to tell her she should be ashamed of the way she treated a customer. Her answer was, “it’s been a rough day, oh I guess that is no excuse.” She went on to apologize. I told her we like thin crust, but was sure we weren’t getting it, as she hadn’t asked and I was more than shook up by the way I was treated. She offered to make another pizza, but with my husband sitting in the car waiting I told her no thanks. All in all, the pizza I wanted so bad turned out to be an awful evening. This is my first post so you can see I was very disappointed.

Took an uber for 18.00 dollars to pick up a sandwhich which was called in over an hour ago. Was not ready and Uber only gives you a couple minutes wait time before they charge me 2.00 / minute . Was told 10-15 minute wait time. Already out uber money for nothing. They could not care less. First and last time I ever use them. What sucks is Pizza Hut is next door. Should have gone there to begin with.
Check your order before you leave. Ordered stuffed crust and extra pepperoni, payed for it. Got home and found out it wasn't stuffed and no extra pepperoni. Tried calling. Was on hold for almost 15 minutes after someone answered just to say please hold without giving me a chance to respond. I just gave up. Its always something. Didn't want delivery because they took 3 hours to deliver to me and, according to Google, I'm less than 5 minutes away from their store. Its good pizza, but not worth it when you can't get delivery within a decent amount of time and can't even get what you order and pay for picking it up yourself.
