My husband and I have been coming here regularly for almost 3 years now. We’ve never had a bad experience. The food is alway hot, fresh and delicious! The service is amazing and the drinks are perfect! Everyone knows us and makes a point to speak at some point while we are here! We always feel welcome and at home! Look forward to many more years of frequently coming here!!
I usually wait until I've visited a restaurant at least twice to compare consistency of the quality & service. Harborside lived up to that. It was rainy & overcast on our second visit which took away from the experience but still great food & service. Cocktails were lacking in taste, flavor, and almost no alcohol but we still enjoyed the food. Lobster bites are fabulous. Lobster sandwich, fries, and cole slaw are yummy, yummy, yummy ?. If you can't enjoy an outdoor table, then definitely check out downstairs. Will definitely visit again.
There are many great reviews for this restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was not that great. Granted we were a large party (12). However, we arrived and were seated at 5:30. This was a weekday evening. Server was attentive and friendly, but we did not receive our meals until 8:15. There is just no excuse for that. The restaurant was not 'packed out" at the time. Most items are quite pricey. Generally, the food is good, but several items (like the potato skins) are better left out.
Our server was excellent. She was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Our order was served hot, fresh and in a reasonable amount of time.Fried Shrimp and White Fish combo was crispy outside and not dried out inside. The white fish was salty for me but my husband disagreed. I loved the fries - a little thick and tasty like potatoes. The Shrimp Trio was very good however the stuffing in the shrimp was a little too heavy. The "old bay" slaw was surprisingly good. For dessert the chocolate cake was sinfully delicious and the key lime pie was yummy too.Overall we spent $200 for 3 people including appetizers, drinks, dessert, and tip. The service, delicious tasty food, cleanliness, and ambiance was worth it. Plus we each took leftovers home!If I had to complain about something, I'd say food choices are limited. What a great experience! Our server Alisha was absolutely awesome! She is incredibly friendly and fun to talk to. Not to mention her service was on point! Next, the lobster bites are a must…SO good! The entrees were perfectly portioned with a good selection of sides. After dinner, wander out by the dock and look for gators! We will be eating there again.
We ate their with family. We live to make this one of our dinner stops when our family visits. Our server Jenny was great and the food was delicious. Love walking on the dock afterwards and taking in the amazing views! Will be back!
The view is beautiful. The food was ok, not bad, but not great. Our service could have been better as well. The salmon was over cooked, our steak was cooked properly but wasn't seasoned at all. My husband did enjoy his grouper. The service wasn't great... I never received a drink refill, our apps came out really fast but our main course took forever! The waitress didn't bring out my daughter's sides and she ordered my husband the wrong soup.
We had a wonderful dinner and Kayla took wonderful care of us including taking pictures. We had a shrimp and fish combo along with two mixed drinks. Kayla also surprised us with a wonderful chocolate Sunday.
Fish n chips were superb! My hubby had grilled Grouper, which he also loved. Moved away from WH YEARS ago and we were so glad we picked Harborside to revisit on a quick run back through memory lane. Keep it up! Super yum!!
